Who stops paying health insurance but still enjoys maximum benefits?
Even though they have stopped paying, some health insurance participants are still considered to have continued coverage and enjoy the highest level of benefits: 100% coverage of medical examination and treatment costs. This provision is clearly stated in Decree 188/2025/ND-CP, applied to 6 special cases to ensure legitimate rights for participants.
