A typical example is Bao Ly - Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster, which started construction in October 2022 and is invested by Viet Cuong Construction Concrete Company Limited. The project has a total capital of over 305 billion VND, phase I has a scale of nearly 27 hectares, of which industrial land is nearly 20 hectares.

Bao Ly - Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster was completed in December 2024, 28 days ahead of schedule. To date, the entire area has been filled with 5 secondary investors, with a total registered capital of more than VND 3,400 billion, affirming the project's attractiveness and investment efficiency.

Mr. Bui Van Thuc, Head of Investment Management Department, Viet Cuong Construction Concrete Company Limited, shared: What is proud is not only the progress, but also the attractiveness of the project; the trust of secondary investors is the clearest proof of the increasingly open and transparent investment environment in Thai Nguyen .

In parallel with industrial development, the Dai Thang social housing project (Homie City) will start construction in 2024 with a total capital of more than VND 275 billion, an area of more than 8,400 square meters, located opposite the Samsung Electronics Vietnam Factory.

After more than a year of construction, 34 low-rise townhouses have been handed over; the 18-storey apartment building with 361 apartments has reached over 95% progress and is expected to be handed over in full by the end of September and early October 2025, creating stable accommodation for workers and laborers.

Thai Nguyen Provincial Stadium is spacious, meeting the standards for organizing major tournaments, and is considered the largest in the midland and mountainous region of the North. Strategic traffic routes such as the Thai Nguyen - Bac Ninh - Phu Tho regional connection road, Ring Road V, DT.261 - DT.266, Quang Khe - Khang Ninh... have been opening up regional connections, reducing traffic congestion, and promoting regional economy .

The connecting route connecting Thai Nguyen - Bac Ninh - Phu Tho provinces, when completed and put into use, will promote the socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen and neighboring provinces.
