In recent times, the children's movement in the province has had many positive changes, marking innovation in both content and form of activities. Notable among them is the effective promotion of the "Young Propaganda Team" (TTMN Team). Under the guidance of the Team Leader, the team members have performed well in their role as propagandists, contributing to spreading the message of moral education, civilized lifestyle and many positive values ​​in the school environment.

As scheduled, at 7:15 a.m. on Monday, the Young Pioneers Radio program of the Dich Qua Primary School (Thanh Son District) was broadcast live for all students to listen to. In charge of today's broadcast was "announcer" Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, a 5A student and captain of the school's Young Pioneers Team. The "announcer's" voice was clear and loud: "Today's Young Pioneers Radio program would like to send you the following content: First, the news of the week...".

The TTMN Team of Dich Qua Primary School currently has 12 members who are excellent team members, have good propaganda skills, and a high sense of responsibility. The radio program is organized at fixed times: 7:15 am on Monday, 11:15 am on Wednesday and 4:30 pm on Friday every week. The propaganda topics are flexibly changed and diversified every month such as: Traffic safety; prevention of drowning, accidents, injuries; school health care, good people, good deeds... The cheerful guidance, cute voice and songs suitable to the topic make the program attractive and meaningful.

Nguyen Duy An, a student of class 3E, Dich Qua Primary School, shared: “I really look forward to listening to the Young Pioneers radio program every time. The program brings many useful and interesting things, we are also motivated to study well and practice well through many contents of the program.”

The Young Pioneers Radio Program has contributed to spreading good news, beautiful stories and shining examples in studying and training, encouraging team members to strive together. Since the beginning of the school year, many team members of Dich Qua Primary School have won prizes in the Vietnamese Champion Contest, IOE at district and provincial levels...

Performing special art performances, staged skits; drawing propaganda paintings, broadcasting to young people; making propaganda videos on digital platforms... are the activities that the Youth Union of Ha Hoa Secondary School has actively carried out. Established in 2015, the team currently has 50 members, who are excellent "nuclei" with talent for propaganda, arts and always actively participate in the Team movement.

During the break between the 2nd period, from 9:00 to 9:15 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week, the Youth Union Team makes a radio news bulletin lasting from 5 to 10 minutes. The propaganda content is carried out according to topics and themes such as: Road Traffic Law; environmental sanitation; crime prevention and control and other social evils... After each program, the Youth Union Team will select suitable news and articles to make propaganda videos to post on the school's Facebook page and zalo groups of the classes or decorate as wall newspapers in the classroom.

At events, celebrating major holidays of the district, town and school, the Youth Union performed many special and attractive performances in different genres such as: Dance, singing, modern dance, flashmob dance... Many highly creative performances, invested in, professionally staged, attractively conveyed meaningful messages such as: Praising the homeland, country, Vietnamese people; honoring the good values ​​in life.

Teacher Nguyen Thi My Hanh - Head of the Youth Union of Ha Hoa Secondary School said: The activities of the school's Youth Union have contributed to spreading meaningful stories of the Youth Union and the Youth Union, helping members and children have more positive energy and receive new information and knowledge, aiming for good living values.

The province currently has over 500 TTMN Teams in schools. Each TTMN Team, based on the actual situation of the Union, regularly organizes appropriate propaganda activities such as: Through the school's broadcasting system, extracurricular activities, making propaganda videos on digital platforms, cultural, artistic, and sports programs...

It is known that in order for the Youth Union Teams to operate actively and effectively, every year, the Youth Union and the Youth Union Councils at all levels in the province have coordinated witheducational institutions to organize training courses to improve the skills and professional skills of the Youth Union for the teachers in charge of the Youth Union. With their qualifications, skills and professional skills, every year, the Youth Union Leaders advise the school board on the program of activities of the Youth Union Team; consult with homeroom teachers and subject teachers to select team members with sufficient qualities and abilities to join the Youth Union Team. Based on the abilities and talents of each student, the Youth Union Leaders assign tasks to each team member to ensure the right person, the right job, and at the same time train and guide the students in propaganda skills, helping them confidently complete their tasks excellently.
