Ninh Thuan temporarily suspends Hacomland's real estate trading floor

Ninh Thuan temporarily suspends operations of Hacomland's real estate trading floor.

The Hacomland real estate trading floor of Hacomland Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company has been temporarily suspended from operation since December 3, 2024.

The Department of Construction of Ninh Thuan province has issued a decision to temporarily suspend the operation of Hacomland real estate trading floor of Hacomland Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company. The suspension period starts from December 3, 2024.

According to the Department of Construction, the reason for the temporary suspension is that the real estate brokerage licenses of the individual brokers have expired. This decision is based on the results of an inspection conducted on November 28, 2024, by the Ministry of Construction's inspection team (according to Decision No. 431/QD-BXD).

During the suspension period, the Department of Construction requires Hacomland real estate exchange to fully implement the provisions stipulated in point d, Article 17, Decree 96/2024/ND-CP dated July 24, 2024 of the Government .

Specifically, according to Decree 96, during the period of temporary suspension of operations, real estate exchanges must pay all outstanding taxes, continue to settle other debts, and complete the execution of contracts signed with brokers and employees, unless otherwise agreed; for service contracts signed with customers but not yet completed, they must reach an agreement with the customers regarding the performance of those service contracts.

Hacomland Real Estate Exchange, established by Hacomland Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company, is headquartered at Lot TM09, Dang Quang Cam Street, Binh Son - Ninh Chu Coastal Urban Area (K2 area), My Binh Ward, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City.

According to published information, Hacomland Real Estate Exchange is currently showcasing projects in Ninh Thuan including apartment buildings in the Northeast New Urban Area – Zone K1 (with the Hacom Galacity Apartment Project already on sale and the Hacom Mall shopping center under development); the Northeast New Urban Area and the Binh Son – Ninh Chu coastal urban area (Zone K2)…

According to a representative from the sales department of this exchange, the temporary suspension of operations does not affect transactions related to the Binh Son - Ninh Chu Coastal Urban Area Project. The reason is that the investor (Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company) assigned the exclusive rights to another unit, not to Hacomland.

Reportedly, Hacomland Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company is the media partner for the project, while Truong An Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company is the exclusive distributor.

Regarding this project, previously, on November 4, 2024, the Department of Construction issued a notice about land with technical infrastructure (land plots) in the real estate project being transferred to individuals in the Binh Son Ninh Chu Coastal Urban Area Project (Area LK-05A) with a total of 25 plots (23 plots of 81 m2, 1 plot of 114.35 m2 and 1 plot of 103.35 m2).
