Off-season vegetable production areas are mainly concentrated in the districts of Bat Xat, Bac Ha, Si Ma Cai, Muong Khuong and Lao Cai city, with about 900 hectares and an output of nearly 20,000 tons.

The prices of vegetables are quite stable and selling well, because in addition to supplying enough for domestic consumption, a large amount of vegetables are also supplied to neighboring provinces.
