Starting from the position of an ordinary employee, MSc. Tran Thi Thu Phuong has experienced many different management positions at many state units and large banks such as Enterprise 26/3, Detesco Central Youth Union Company, Intimex Import-Export Company, EMS, VietinBank ... With more than 25 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting, she has built a solid management foundation before embarking on a challenging entrepreneurial journey in the paper recycling industry.

She is the founder and currently holds the position of General Director and Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of HHP GLOBAL Joint Stock Company - a pioneer in green transformation in the paper manufacturing sector in Vietnam. Under her leadership, HHP GLOBAL not only operates the first paper mill to achieve LEED Silver certification - a certification granted by the US Green Building Council - but is also one of the few businesses committed to ESG practices, aiming for Net Zero by 2035.

From a traditional production model, Ms. Phuong transformed HHP GLOBAL into a modern enterprise, focusing on clean technology, environmental management and taking sustainable development as its core. The successful IPO also helped HHP GLOBAL increase financial transparency, attract investors and improve its position in the market.

Tran Thi Thu Phuong officially launched the book "The Fulcrum of Success" - a work recording the journey from an "employee" to the founder and operator of an IPO enterprise, lessons learned from overcoming difficulties and positive life philosophies drawn from nearly four decades of experience in both the public and private sectors.
