On the morning of November 2, Hue City continued to have heavy rain, especially heavy in some places. Heavy rain caused a large amount of water to flow down, forcing hydroelectric reservoirs to increase water regulation downstream, causing the water level of the Bo River and the Huong River to rise rapidly, far exceeding the alarm level 3. The water level of the Huong River measured at Da Vien station at 12:30 on November 3 was 4.23 meters (alarm level 3 is 3.5 meters); on the Bo River, the water level measured at Phu Oc station at 12:00 on October 3 was 5.28 meters (exceeding alarm level 3 by 0.78 meters, exceeding the historical flood peak on October 29 by 0.1 meters).

Recorded at Phu Luong A residential group (Hoa Chau ward, Hue city - downstream of Bo river), while the water from the floods a few days ago had not yet receded, a large area was submerged in water.

This is the third time within a week that people in Phu Luong A (Hoa Chau ward) in particular and many residential areas in Hue city in general have "flooded".

Having to continuously flee floods makes Hue city residents fed up, they can only smile.

It is known that the water level is currently very high, Huong Dien Hydropower Plant is continuing to increase the amount of water regulated downstream, warning that the water on Bo River may continue to rise, peak and slowly decrease in the next 6 hours.

The rising water level of the Perfume River, combined with heavy rain, has caused many wards in the center of Hue City to continue to be deeply flooded. Police and military forces are working hard to support people to "escape the flood" and rescue victims. In the picture, the functional forces are supporting a patient to go to Hue Central Hospital for dialysis.

Recorded on National Highway 49 through Duong No Ward (Hue City), the water level of the Huong River rose rapidly, causing National Highway 49 to be flooded over 40cm deep, making it impossible for vehicles to move, except boats.

Many motorbikes are still parked on the sidewalk of Highway 49. If the water continues to rise, these vehicles may be flooded and damaged.

On some inter-village roads in Duong No ward, the water is still 0.8 - 1.5 meters deep, many residential areas are isolated by the flood.

Most of the residential areas in low-lying areas of Duong No ward had floodwaters inundating their houses, causing flooding of 30-50cm, and in some places higher.

The leader of Duong No ward (Hue city) said that since this morning, the authorities have continuously used boats to supply and rescue people.

Notably, from morning to noon on October 3, Duong No ward authorities organized boats to take 6 cases to the hospital to wait for delivery, 3 cases for kidney dialysis and 1 case of appendicitis.
