Promote learning movement in the community
The Lifelong Learning Week is an opportunity to affirm the role and responsibility of the education sector in orienting and implementing widespread learning activities. The message of the Week is clearly conveyed: each citizen can start with small but meaningful actions, such as reading a new book, sharing knowledge with relatives, supporting each other in studying, participating in skill classes, or learning about digital technology together. These simple actions contribute to creating a friendly learning environment, expanding access to knowledge for all subjects.

In particular, the “Digital Literacy for All” movement was launched to help people, especially rural workers and the elderly, access and familiarize themselves with basic technology applications for production, business and life. This is also an important criterion in the roadmap to build a Global Learning City according to UNESCO’s orientation.
Spreading the spirit of encouraging learning and talent
Not only raising awareness, Lifelong Learning Week is also associated with practical activities, including activities to care for and support students to overcome difficulties. On this occasion, Vo Van Kiet Scholarship Fund awarded 50 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, to students with difficult circumstances but with a strong will to excel in their studies.

This is also a testament to the solidarity and support of the whole society in building and developing the lifelong learning movement.
The Lifelong Learning Week 2025 is considered an important first step in raising awareness and affirming the value of continuous learning in the context of globalization and the 4.0 industrial revolution. Learning is not only to expand knowledge and improve skills, but also to help each person master knowledge, confidently adapt to change, and actively contribute to the development of the community and homeland.
