Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Hung Vuong University won the Ly Tu Trong award

In 2025, among the 100 most outstanding youth union officials nationwide receiving the Ly Tu Trong award, Phu Tho province has comrade Kim Thi Hai Yen - Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hung Vuong University.

Comrade Kim Thi Hai Yen is a dynamic, creative and dedicated Youth Union officer. As Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Hung Vuong University, she has made many important contributions to organizing movements and volunteer activities, encouraging students to practice skills and enhance their sense of responsibility towards the community. Over the years, she has received many Certificates of Merit and Certificates of Merit at all levels for her achievements in professional activities and movements.

The Ly Tu Trong Award is a noble award given annually by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to honor Union officials with outstanding achievements in work, study, labor and youth movements.

The ceremony to honor outstanding national Youth Union officials and present the Ly Tu Trong Award in 2025 is expected to be held in March 2025 in Hanoi on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025) and the 111th anniversary of the birth of Hero Ly Tu Trong (October 20, 1914 - October 20, 2025).
