Nam Da Commune was established on the basis of merging 3 administrative units: Nam Da, Dak Sor and Buon Choah. After the merger, the Commune Party Committee focused on leading and directing the comprehensive implementation of political , socio-economic, defense and security tasks. The 2-level local government model was seriously and synchronously deployed. The organizational apparatus and specialized agencies were consolidated to ensure stable and effective operations.

From July 1, 2025 to present, Nam Da Commune Public Administration Service Center has received more than 2,770 applications, of which over 87% were submitted online; the rate of early settlement reached 98.2%, overdue applications accounted for only 1.8%.

Regarding the quality of service to the people, according to the assessment on the National Public Service Portal, as of October 19, Nam Da commune ranked 38th out of 124 communes, wards, and special zones; online public services ranked 10th and digital signatures ranked 2nd in the whole province.

In his concluding remarks at the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luu Van Trung commended and acknowledged the results that Nam Da commune has achieved in the process of operating a two-level local government.

He suggested that the locality urgently complete the number of missing Party Committee members, and at the same time consider and arrange personnel in accordance with the actual situation. The two-level government has many new contents, so it is necessary to implement and learn from experience to complete. During the operation, the commune needs to frankly assess the advantages and difficulties, identify the causes and have solutions; issues beyond the authority must be promptly summarized and reported to the competent authority for consideration and resolution.
