Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Van Thach attended the 10th session of the 20th term People's Council of Thach An district

On June 6, the People's Council of Thach An district, term XX, 2021 - 2026, held the 10th session (special session). Attending were comrade Hoang Van Thach, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

The meeting approved the report on adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 of the local budget of Thach An district; Report on adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Resolution No. 19/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Thach An district on allocating detailed state budget capital according to the list of investment projects to implement national target programs in 2023 in Thach An district; Report on adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Resolution No. 25/NQ - HDND of the People's Council of Thach An district on deciding on the estimate of state budget revenue in the area, local budget expenditure; local budget allocation plan for 2023; approved the report on the Project to adjust the general planning of Dong Khe town, period 2022 - 2025; Verification report of the Economic - Social Committee of the People's Council of the district.

Delegates vote to pass resolutions at the meeting.

After discussion, the delegates unanimously voted to pass the following resolutions: Adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 of the local budget of Thach An district (5th time); Resolution adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Resolution No. 19/NQ-HDND dated December 20, 2022 of the People's Council of Thach An district on the detailed allocation of state budget capital according to the list of investment projects to implement national target programs in 2023 in Thach An district; Resolution amending and supplementing a number of contents of Resolution No. 25/NQ-HDND dated December 20, 2022 of the People's Council of Thach An district on deciding on the State budget revenue estimates in the area, local budget expenditures, and local budget allocation plan in 2023; Resolution on the Project to adjust the general planning of Dong Khe town, Thach An district, period 2022-2025 at a scale of 1/5000.

Speaking at the session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Van Thach requested the delegates of the People's Council of Thach An district to continue to uphold the sense of responsibility towards voters and people, focus their intelligence, and actively participate in discussions at the session. Immediately after the session, the leaders of the District People's Committee focused on directing specialized departments, offices, and localities to urgently put the resolution into practice; the implementation process needs to ensure synchronization and closeness. Strengthen inspection and supervision work, do a good job of propaganda to create consensus among the people so that projects can be effectively implemented, striving to successfully complete the socio-economic development goals and tasks of the locality. Strengthen monitoring, supervision and perform well the functions and tasks according to the law; continue to study, disseminate, and thoroughly grasp the resolutions issued at the session; innovate the work of meeting voters to listen to the opinions, thoughts, and aspirations of the people more comprehensively.
