Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa inspected the Public Administration Service Center of Kien Tuong Ward.

At the Kien Tuong Ward Public Administration Service Center, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa listened to a report on the operation situation, visited the procedures for receiving and handling administrative procedures and discussed solutions to improve the quality of service to the people in the coming time.

According to the report, from July 1, 2025 to December 3, 2025, Kien Tuong Ward Public Administration Service Center received 5,019 records, of which the number of records received via online public services was 4,993/5,019 records, accounting for 99.48%; 1,667 records were resolved before the deadline, accounting for 34.75%; 3,130 records were resolved on time, accounting for 65.25%; there were no overdue records. The total number of records being processed within the prescribed time limit is 222 records.

The Center effectively implemented the digitization of input (reception) records and coordinated with relevant sectors to digitize the return of administrative procedure results to individuals and organizations in accordance with regulations.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and initiative of the Kien Tuong Ward Public Administration Service Center in performing its tasks, making efforts to promote the implementation of online public services, increasing the rate of files resolved on time and before the deadline; requested the Center to continue promoting the achieved results, enhancing the application of digital transformation, improving processes in a convenient and transparent direction, ensuring better service to the people.

Previously, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa came to offer incense in commemoration of the 159th death anniversary of General Nguyen Tan Kieu (1866-2025).
