Pedestrian Street - Vu Yen Park: A new driving force for the retail tourism industry in Hai Phong.

The Vu Yen pedestrian street and park at Vinhomes Royal Island (Vu Yen, Hai Phong ) is the hottest spot this summer, welcoming tens of thousands of visitors every day.

In less than a month since its launch, this location has become an attractive business destination that many prominent brands want to establish a presence in.

A huge customer base from a series of attractive events.

Less than a month after its opening, Vu Yen Pedestrian Street and Park has taken the market by storm with a series of major events featuring many famous artists. This international-scale event attracted 100,000 visitors who came to check in, shop, and enjoy entertainment along the 2-kilometer-long street beside the Cam River. Over the weekend, more than 200 stalls operated at full capacity, maximizing the visitor experience.

A record 100,000 tourists visited Hai Phong to participate in the series of events marking the opening of the Vu Yen Pedestrian Street and Park on June 1st.

Not only did its grand opening impress, but Vu Yen Walking Street and Park continues to prove itself as a leading emerging tourist destination in the port city with a series of events held on weekends throughout June. Most recently, the Euro Football Fest (June 15-16) attracted thousands of football fans to Vu Yen Walking Street and Park, allowing them to experience the vibrant football atmosphere just like on European pitches.

Throughout the weekend, visitors will experience a series of unique and exciting activities and distinctive culinary experiences. On June 29th and 30th, families with young children are expected to have a meaningful summer with the Royal Summer Kids Week, held at the Vu Yen Park pedestrian street, offering workshops and fun activities. After each event, visitors will be treated to spectacular water fountain shows and fireworks displays…

Unique experiences unlock enormous revenue potential.

With a series of large-scale and spectacular events continuously being organized, Vu Yen Walking Street - Park has quickly become a new and attractive tourist destination in the port city. Tens of thousands of Hai Phong residents and tourists from neighboring provinces continue to flock here, bringing with them diverse needs for food, shopping, and entertainment.

Investors quickly realized that Vu Yen Pedestrian Street - Park was a sure-fire location for starting and doing business.

The profit opportunities for businesses operating on Vu Yen Pedestrian Street - Park stem not only from the abundant customer base generated by the continuous series of activities organized by the investor, but also from the design and planning of the location. The street is divided into five experiential zones with distinct products, catering to the diverse needs of different customer groups. This unified and well-planned layout allows each business to find its target customer base, creating less intense competition and even fostering mutual growth.

The immense appeal of Vu Yen Pedestrian Street - Park not only generates huge revenue for investors but also helps increase brand awareness among residents and tourists.

“With over 100,000 visitors attending the grand opening, our brand has rapidly increased its reach. I believe this is the beginning of a success that any brand would want to achieve,” happily shared a representative from Fantasy Beer, a well-known brand in Hai Phong.

Furthermore, the potential for business development at Vu Yen Pedestrian Street - Park is further guaranteed by the increasingly improved transportation infrastructure. Previously, VinBus operated, connecting the "upscale island" with the city center of Hai Phong with free rides. In the future, four bridges will further facilitate access for tourists: Vu Yen Bridge 1, already completed; Hoang Gia Bridge, under rapid construction and expected to open in August 2025, or even earlier; the bridge over the Ruot Lon River; and Ngo Quyen Bridge, both included in the Hai Phong city's planning until 2030.

Once this system is completed, combined with high-end marina facilities, it will bring the "upscale island" closer to Hai Phong's economic and political centers, providing faster and easier connections to neighboring provinces and cities. This will offer a significant business advantage for investors.

The number of customers at businesses along Vu Yen Pedestrian Street - Park is constantly growing.

Investors believe that, with its existing amenities, coupled with regularly organized events and a super-connected transportation infrastructure, Vu Yen Pedestrian Street - Park will be a magnet attracting residents and tourists to this "upscale island". Combined with Vincom Retail's operational experience, these "golden guarantees" will help pioneering brands present here quickly achieve huge revenues, thereby contributing to the overall economic development of the port city.
