SeABank Deputy General Director successfully "closed profits" on more than 2.7 million shares

Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SeABank - HoSE: SSB) has just released a report on the stock trading results of insider Nguyen Ngoc Quynh.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quynh - Deputy General Director of SeABank sold more than 2.74 million shares of the bank. The transaction was conducted from September 20 to September 27 by order matching and negotiation.

After the transaction, Mr. Quynh reduced the number of shares owned from 7.46 million shares to 4.72 million shares, equivalent to an ownership ratio of 0.192%.

It is estimated that with the average closing price during the above trading period of VND26,158/share, Mr. Quynh could earn more than VND70 billion from the transaction.

Previously, from August 21 to September 18, Mr. Nguyen Tuong Huy - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of SeABank also failed to sell 26,422 SSB shares due to unsuitable market conditions.

At the end of August, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Cuong - Deputy General Director of SeABank also registered to sell 94,800 shares, but only traded 77,300 shares because the market performance did not match expectations.

Deputy General Director Tran Thi Thanh Thuy also sold only 26,800 SSB shares out of a total registered 44,372 shares. After the transaction, she held 835,853 shares, equivalent to 0.034%.

On September 25, Mr. Vu Dinh Khoan, Deputy General Director of SeABank, also registered to sell 150,000 SSB shares to reduce his ownership ratio. The transaction was conducted by negotiation method from October 2-6. If the transaction is successful, Mr. Khoan will reduce his ownership in SSB from 5.47 million shares to 5.32 million shares, equivalent to 0.217%.

In a related development, not long before the time when a series of leaders rushed to sell shares, the bank's senior personnel also had fluctuations. Accordingly, from August 1, Mr. Faussier Loic Michel Marc is no longer the General Director of SeABank. Instead, the bank appointed Mr. Le Quoc Long as Permanent Deputy General Director to hold the position of Acting General Director in charge of operations.

Meanwhile, in the market, at the end of the trading session on September 29, SSB shares were stable at 25,000 VND/share with an average liquidity of more than 1.3 million shares/session .
