The merger of the three provinces of Phu Tho (old), Vinh Phuc, and Hoa Binh into Phu Tho (new) province is a strategic turning point to create new development momentum for the entire midland and mountainous region of the North.
Four famous Muong regions "Nhat Bi, nhi Vang, tam Thang, tu Dong" continue to propose to implement the Project to preserve and promote the cultural values of the Muong ethnic group and Hoa Binh culture in the period of 2023-2030 in the area.
Determined to build a Muong culture with strong identity
At the Muong Bi Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030 with the theme "Building a comprehensively strong political system, promoting the tradition of national solidarity; exploiting potentials and advantages, mobilizing all resources for socio-economic development; preserving traditional cultural identity of the nation; striving to achieve new rural standards by 2030," the locality determined to focus on implementing breakthroughs with strengths.
Specifically, the commune promotes site clearance; completes synchronous land use planning, construction planning, mobilizes resources to invest in synchronous development of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure.
The locality focuses on administrative reform associated with digital transformation, building digital government; developing human resources; preserving and promoting the cultural values of ethnic groups, especially the Muong ethnic group, contributing to building a "Hoa Binh culture" to create momentum for socio -economic development.
The commune identifies maximum mobilization of social investment capital as a key factor; in which, attracting investment capital into planning and developing agricultural production in the direction of commodities, applying advanced science and technology in renovation and intensive farming to improve productivity and product quality.
In agriculture, the locality focuses on converting ineffective crops to high-value crops, developing concentrated livestock farming in the direction of semi-industrial and controlled industry, gradually forming key livestock farming areas and sustainable production-consumption chains.
Muong Bi continues to attract investment capital to effectively implement the National Target Program on New Rural Development and the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program Project, creating conditions for typical products to increase their value and competitiveness in the market.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Muong Thanh Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030, sets out key goals such as an average annual budget revenue growth rate of over 10%; by 2030, total social investment capital will reach over 1,000 billion VND; the proportion of labor in the private economic sector will reach 41.75%... The commune strives to achieve new rural standards by 2030.
In the new term, Muong Dong commune has determined to focus on implementing three strategic breakthroughs including: developing essential infrastructure, especially transportation; promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, building a service-oriented, transparent, effective administration and effectively exploiting mineral resources and natural landscapes associated with tourism development and preserving national cultural heritage.
Focus resources on implementing the proposed resolution
At the Party Congress of Muong Bi and Muong Dong communes, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long emphasized that the commune authorities urgently complete and stabilize the organizational apparatus after the merger; continue to consolidate and improve the quality of the political system, build a clean and strong grassroots Party organization associated with improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party cells.
Commune authorities promote economic restructuring towards developing trade-services-tourism, rural industry associated with sustainable agricultural development; improve the quality of education, health care for people, ensure social security, and sustainable poverty reduction.
The locality promotes national cultural identity, accelerates the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life"; continues administrative reform, improves the quality of service to the people; promotes the application of information technology and builds digital government.
Attending the Muong Thang Commune Party Congress, Vice Chairwoman of the Phu Tho Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thi Cam Phuong requested the commune Party Committee and government to focus on building a clean and strong Party and political system; promote the exemplary role of cadres and party members, and build a united bloc within the entire Party. The locality promotes administrative reform, digital transformation, effectively operates the two-level local government, well serves the needs of businesses and people; invests in infrastructure, develops industrial clusters and preserves Muong cultural values, and sustainably improves people's lives.
To implement the resolutions set forth by the Congress, the leaders of the commune government are determined to implement policies and guidelines; closely follow key tasks, and concretize them into people's lives.
Chairman of the People's Committee of Muong Vang Commune Doan Quang Hung said that the Party Committee and government are committed to creating a favorable environment for businesses, organizations and individuals to invest in the commune; promoting cooperation between businesses, cooperatives, management agencies and research organizations to apply technology to agricultural production and processing, develop OCOP products, and enhance value and competitiveness.
The locality supports businesses and cooperatives in accessing capital, technology and experts; encourages research and development of new products. In particular, the commune will promote administrative reform to overcome obstacles and impacts on the investment and business environment.
Muong Vang focuses on improving the working style, manners and attitudes of officials and civil servants towards investors, creating high consensus among the people and officials, making the locality an attractive and reliable destination for all investment capital sources.
