On the eve of the 14th National Congress of the Party, the collection of opinions on draft Congress documents is being widely deployed among cadres, party members and people.
In Tay Ninh province, many party members expressed their agreement, trust and enthusiasm for the Party's major orientations, especially in the contents of Party building and rectification and green economic development associated with digital transformation - the strategic pillars of the new development stage.
Ms. Huynh Thi Thanh Binh, working at the Party Building Committee of Ben Luc commune, Tay Ninh province, shared: "As a party member, I was very pleased when reading the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress, especially the contents that continue to affirm that building and rectifying the Party is a key task."
According to Ms. Binh, looking back at the 13th Congress term, we can see that Party building work was implemented synchronously, comprehensively, resolutely and substantially, creating many profound impressions.
Our Party has steadfastly maintained its revolutionary goals and ideals, constantly improved its leadership capacity and fighting strength, and strengthened the people's trust in the Party.
The highlight is that in the last term, our Party has made Party building in terms of ethics a separate pillar, considering ethics as the root of revolutionaries, the spiritual foundation that helps the Party stay clean and strong.
Along with that, the fight against corruption and negativity is carried out persistently and resolutely, with "no forbidden zones and no exceptions," becoming a movement that spreads strongly throughout society.
The work of reorganizing the political system apparatus to be increasingly streamlined, effective and efficient; personnel work associated with setting examples and controlling power has contributed to arousing new confidence, spirit and motivation in the entire Party and people.
According to Ms. Binh, those results represent a new step of development in theoretical and practical thinking on Party building work, meeting the requirements of the period of accelerated industrialization, modernization and deep international integration.
“Preparing for the 14th Congress, I am more deeply imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teachings: Our Party is ethical, civilized, the leader, and a truly loyal servant of the people,” Ms. Binh added.
From practical work, Ms. Huynh Thi Thanh Binh recommended that in the 14th Congress Document, it is necessary to continue to identify Party building and rectification as the key task of the key, ensuring that the Party is truly strong in politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres.

Along with that, it is necessary to innovate the Party's leadership and governance methods in the context of digital transformation and international integration, strengthen revolutionary ethics education, fight against individualism, and promote the exemplary role of cadres and Party members, especially leaders.
As for Mr. Truong Hai Dang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Hung commune, Tay Ninh province, the content on digital transformation and green economic development in the Draft Documents of the 14th National Congress is of particular interest to him.
He said that identifying these two pillars in the new growth model is a strategic step, in line with the development trend of the times and Vietnam's international commitment to net zero emissions by 2050.
According to Mr. Dang, in recent times, the country's digital transformation has made many strong strides, especially in the fields of e-government, online public services, cashless payments, education and digital healthcare.
However, this process is still uneven; the digital divide between regions, public and private sectors remains large, while data infrastructure, high-tech human resources and cybersecurity remain challenges that require investment attention.
Regarding green economic development, Mr. Dang said that social awareness has changed positively, many models of ecological agriculture, renewable energy, and green tourism have been formed, contributing to reducing emissions and protecting the environment.
However, the scale is still small, there is a lack of specific incentive mechanisms, and waste treatment, recycling and sustainable consumption technology has not developed commensurately.
From the grassroots practice, Mr. Truong Hai Dang shared that the commune level - the front line in policy implementation - still faces many difficulties in implementing digital transformation and green economy contents.

In Tan Hung commune, most people and small cooperatives are still hesitant and have not seen the specific benefits of the "green production - digital consumption" model due to the lack of technological infrastructure, equipment and digitally savvy human resources.
Faced with that reality, the Tan Hung Commune Party Committee has directed the Commune People's Committee to deploy many synchronous and practical solutions: promoting propaganda, organizing digital skills training, instructing farmers on online sales, bringing 16 3-star OCOP products to the province's e-commerce platform, and expanding the market for agricultural products.
The commune also encourages cooperatives to register growing area codes, trace product origins, use renewable energy and environmentally friendly materials, and gradually form habits of clean production and green consumption.
Mr. Truong Hai Dang proposed that the draft documents of the 14th National Congress should be supplemented and emphasized specific policies: Incentives on credit, tax, and land for businesses investing in green and digital technology; training a "two-in-one" team of officials - having both digital management thinking and understanding of sustainable development; developing digital human resources, new energy associated with STEM education and green startups; strengthening international cooperation, technology transfer, and building a digital culture throughout society.../
