Bo De Ward launches models to welcome the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

HNP - On September 20, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bo De Ward held a conference to launch practical models to welcome the success of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and towards welcoming the Fatherland Front Congress and political organizations of the ward. This is an activity of profound political significance, demonstrating the spirit of initiative, creativity and solidarity of the entire political system and local people.

Attending the Conference were: Ms. Vu Thi Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of the ward; Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the ward; Mr. Pham Bach Dang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of the ward; Mr. Duong Dinh Tinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward; along with members of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward; representatives of mass organizations, Party branches, residential groups, and people in the area.

The leaders of Bo De ward presented the recognition decisions and offered flowers to congratulate the units implementing the model.

At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thu Ngan, Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Bo De Ward, reported on the results of the model projects implemented over the past period. Accordingly, after more than two months of implementation, with the attention of the Party Committee, the coordination of the People's Committee and relevant units, and the decisive involvement of mass organizations, many models have been completed and have shown clear effectiveness.

Firstly, there is the "Unity, Civilization, Safety, and Digital Transformation" residential area model in Group 2 (Gia Thuy cluster) . This model is implemented to leverage the strength of national unity, build a model residential area, and create a civilized and modern community. The process of building this model has been meticulously carried out by the Fatherland Front and the People's Committee of the ward, from surveying to scoring, mobilizing the participation of residents, and investing in completing the criteria.

The model is evaluated based on 27 criteria, ensuring that all the necessary criteria for a residential area are met. Many criteria are highly practical in the lives of the people, such as: 100% of households in difficult circumstances receive timely visits and support from the neighborhood committee and community; there are no longer any poor or near-poor households in the neighborhood; 100% of alleys and streets are cleaned weekly; 100% of household waste is collected on time each day; 100% of residents are guided on how to use online public service software; 100% of households have fire extinguishers and use them proficiently...

In addition, there are other criteria that significantly support Party committees and local authorities in effectively carrying out political tasks at the local level, such as: 100% of roads and alleys (with a width of 3.5m or more) are equipped with cameras for security and safety monitoring; 100% of active Party members with smartphones are guided to install and use the software for collecting Party membership fees and the Party member handbook; 100% of households comply well with State regulations on fulfilling their tax obligations to the State (no households with outstanding tax debts)...

Delegates performed the ceremony of unveiling the plaque for the "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Civilized Street" model along the Ly Son - Ngoc Thuy road.

Secondly, there is the " Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Civilized Street " model along Ly Son - Ngoc Thuy street . From a gateway street to the capital with many existing shortcomings such as encroachment on the road, sidewalks, and flower gardens, people arbitrarily dumping waste and debris, and trees growing without pruning... Now, thanks to the joint efforts of the people and agencies, Ly Son street and a part of Ngoc Thuy street have been renovated and given a new look, and violations of urban order have been basically addressed.

To complete this project, the Fatherland Front and political organizations of Bo De ward coordinated and mobilized nearly 500 people to participate in labor, along with many machines, equipment, and tools; processing nearly 10 tons of waste, debris, grass, and trees.

Launching the "Mural Wall" project model and satellite points to support citizens in accessing public services and digital transformation.

Thirdly, there is the "Mural Wall" project and the satellite points supporting citizens in accessing public services and digital transformation . This project was implemented by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Bo De ward. Recognizing that the implementation of "Digital Literacy for the People" still faces some shortcomings, especially the difficulties faced by officials, Party members, and citizens in installing and utilizing digital transformation applications, the Bo De ward Youth Union organized two satellite points at the Citizen Reception Room (at the ward Party Committee headquarters) and the Community Cultural Center of Residential Area No. 2 (Gia Thuy cluster) to support officials, Party members, and citizens in accessing online public services and using applications such as iHanoi, eTax - Mobile, VneID, etc.

At these satellite locations, the Ward Youth Union designed and created QR code boards to guide and connect to the national public service portal for 24 administrative procedures under the authority of the Ward People's Committee; they also designed and printed posters illustrating administrative procedures such as birth registration and marriage registration, bringing great convenience to people in understanding and carrying out administrative procedures.

Comrade Nguyen Thu Ngan affirmed that the initial results of the models have created an important foundation for the Ward Fatherland Front Committee to continue expanding them to all 83 residential groups. This is not only a practical project to celebrate the Congress but also a sustainable method to consolidate the great national unity, contributing to building a strong Party and government.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Bo De Ward, delivered a speech at the Conference.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Bo De Ward - acknowledged and praised the efforts and creativity of the Fatherland Front Committee, mass organizations, and the people in implementing practical models.

"In the context of the newly established two-tiered government, with a large workload and many urgent tasks to handle, the Fatherland Front Committee and other organizations have proactively coordinated with the government and relevant units to build and perfect the model. This is clear evidence of the sense of responsibility, solidarity, and unity of the ward's political system," emphasized Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh.

The Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Bo De Ward requested the Ward People's Committee and relevant departments to continue paying attention and coordinating to maintain and expand the model, ensuring its effectiveness and relevance to people's lives. The Fatherland Front Committee and other mass organizations need to review and address criteria that have not yet been met, while proactively proposing new, creative models that are suitable to the practical situation. Party branches, residential groups, and mass organizations should play a core role in mobilizing people to participate in, preserve, and spread these models.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh expressed her confidence that, with a spirit of unity and strong political determination, Bo De ward will have many more good models and practices, contributing to building a "rich, beautiful, civilized, and compassionate" ward.
