Bo De Ward launches models to welcome the Fatherland Front Congress

HNP - On September 20, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bo De Ward held a conference to launch practical models to welcome the success of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and towards welcoming the Fatherland Front Congress and political organizations of the ward. This is an activity of profound political significance, demonstrating the spirit of initiative, creativity and solidarity of the entire political system and local people.

Attending the Conference were comrades: Vu Thi Thanh, Party Committee Secretary, Chairwoman of the Ward People's Council; Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh, Deputy Party Committee Secretary of the Ward; Pham Bach Dang, Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; Duong Dinh Tinh, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; and comrades in the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of the Ward; unions, Party cells, residential groups, and people in the area.

At the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Thu Ngan, Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Bo De Ward reported on the results of building models in the past time. Accordingly, after more than 2 months of implementation, with the attention of the Party Committee, the coordination of the People's Committee and related units, and the drastic participation of mass organizations, many models have been completed and shown clear effectiveness.

The first is the "Solidarity, civilization, safety and digital transformation" residential area model in Residential Group No. 2 (Gia Thuy cluster) . The model is deployed to promote the strength of the great national solidarity bloc, build a model residential area, a civilized and modern residential community. The process of building the model was carried out very elaborately by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Ward People's Committee from the survey stage to conducting scoring, mobilizing people's participation, and investing in perfecting the criteria.

The model is evaluated based on 27 criteria, ensuring all the criteria that a residential area needs. Many criteria are extremely practical in people's lives such as: 100% of households in difficult circumstances are visited and shared by residential groups and clusters in a timely manner; there are no more poor or near-poor households in the residential group; 100% of alleys are maintained with weekly environmental sanitation; 100% of household waste is collected on time during the day; 100% of people are instructed on how to use online public service software, 100% of households have fire extinguishers and use them proficiently...

In addition, there are meaningful criteria to support Party committees and authorities to perform well political tasks in the locality such as: 100% of roads and alleys (from 3.5m cross-section or more) are installed with cameras to monitor and ensure security and safety; 100% of party members who are active and have smartphones are instructed to install and use software to collect party fees and party member handbook software; 100% of households comply with State regulations on tax obligations to the State (no households with tax arrears)...

The second is the model of " Bright - green - clean - beautiful - civilized street " on Ly Son - Ngoc Thuy street . From a gateway street of the capital, there are still many limitations such as encroachment on roads, sidewalks, flower gardens, people arbitrarily dumping waste and waste, trees growing without pruning... Up to now, thanks to the cooperation of people and agencies, units, Ly Son street and part of Ngoc Thuy street have been renovated to have a new look, violations of urban order have been basically handled.

To complete this model, the Fatherland Front and political organizations of Bo De ward mobilized nearly 500 workers, along with many machines, tools and equipment to carry out the project; processing nearly 10 tons of waste, scrap, grass and trees.

Launching the "Mural Wall" project model and Satellite Points to support people in performing public services and digital transformation

Third is the model of the "Mural Wall" project and the Satellite Point to support people in performing public services and digital transformation . This is a project implemented by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the ward. Realizing that the implementation of "Digital Education for the People" still has some shortcomings, especially that cadres, party members and people still have difficulty in installing and exploiting digital transformation applications, the Bo De Ward Youth Union has organized 2 satellite points at the Reception Room (ward Party Committee headquarters) and the Cultural House of Residential Group No. 2 (Gia Thuy cluster) to support cadres, party members and people in performing online public services, using applications such as iHanoi, eTax - Mobile, VneID...

At these satellite locations, the Ward Youth Union has designed and created QR code boards to guide and connect to the national public service portal for 24 administrative procedures under the authority of the Ward People's Committee; designed and printed posters illustrating administrative procedures such as birth registration, marriage registration... bringing great convenience to people in learning and performing administrative procedures.

Comrade Nguyen Thu Ngan affirmed that the initial results of the models have created an important foundation for the Ward Fatherland Front Committee to continue to replicate them in 83 residential groups. This is not only a practical project to welcome the Congress but also a sustainable way to strengthen the great national unity bloc, contributing to building a strong Party and government.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Bo De Ward acknowledged and commended the efforts and creativity of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, organizations and people in implementing practical models.

"In the context of the new two-level government coming into operation, with a large workload and many urgent tasks to handle, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and organizations still proactively coordinate with the government and units to build and perfect the model. This is a clear demonstration of the sense of responsibility, solidarity and unanimity of the ward's political system," emphasized comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh.

The Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Bo De Ward requested the People's Committee of the Ward and specialized departments to continue to pay attention and coordinate to maintain and replicate the model, ensuring its substance and connection with people's lives. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations need to review and overcome unmet criteria, and proactively propose new, creative and practical models. Party cells, residential groups and mass organizations play a core role in mobilizing people to participate, preserve and spread the models.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh expressed her belief that with the spirit of solidarity and high political determination, Bo De ward will have more good models and practices, contributing to building a "rich, beautiful, civilized, and affectionate" ward.
