
By the end of November 2025, the estimated budget revenue of the ward reached 99,302.18 million VND, equal to 116.34% of the provincial estimate, 116.34% of the ward estimate, 173.7% over the same period last year; 25 new enterprises were established, so far there are 786 enterprises, cooperatives, and 3,797 business households in operation in the area.
To connect businesses, in October 2025, the ward established the Ward Business Association with 134 members. Mr. Pham Thanh Dan, Chairman of the Cam Pha Ward Business Association, Director of Thanh Dan Mechanical Trading Joint Stock Company, said: Establishing the Ward Business Association is a very necessary and timely step. Immediately after its establishment, the Association proactively reviewed the needs and difficulties of each business group to advise the ward on appropriate solutions. In the coming time, the Association will organize specialized meetings on business administration, tax regulations, electronic invoices, and digital transformation application skills. The Association maintains regular direct working sessions between businesses and the ward government, through which many problems regarding administrative procedures, business premises, tax records, etc. are promptly resolved. This helps businesses feel secure in investing, expanding operations, and actively contributing to the overall development of the locality.
Along with accompanying businesses, the ward focuses on improving the quality of service at the ward's Public Service Center. The center continues to promote administrative reform in the direction of openness, transparency, and focusing on people and businesses. Professional departments are regularly trained in skills and service attitudes; the reception and return of results of administrative procedures are closely monitored, minimizing backlogs.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong (Cam Thanh 2B area, Cam Pha ward) said: "I came to the ward's HCC Service Center to complete the procedures for registering a business license in the field of health care and beauty services. All procedures were quick and convenient, the staff were very enthusiastic in guiding me, helping me complete the application easily."
The ward focuses on raising awareness and capacity for businesses, helping them proactively apply technology, clearly understand legal regulations and make good use of digital utilities in business management.

Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Nguyen Thach Long said: In October 2025, the ward coordinated with the Provincial Public Service Center to organize a training course for business households and enterprises in the area. The content of propaganda is about the legality and benefits of using electronic results of administrative procedure settlement; raising awareness, changing thinking and actions about the position, role and importance of the private economy for the socio-economic development of the locality and the province.
Accompanying businesses, the ward government has created a favorable environment, helping businesses confidently expand production, improve management capacity, and develop sustainably in the integration period.
