Huong Tra Ward awarded 35 red books to people

DNO - On the morning of July 28, the People's Committee of Huong Tra Ward continued to organize the second handover of 11 Land Use Rights and Property Attached to Land Certificates (red books), bringing the total number of red books issued to local people to 35 after nearly 1 month of implementing two-level local government.

According to the People's Committee of Huong Tra Ward, the local government has focused human resources and equipment on the handover of 11 red books this time to remove obstacles in procedures and documents according to regulations. This is a practical activity of officials and civil servants to welcome the first Congress of the Huong Tra Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Previously, on July 24, the People's Committee of Huong Tra Ward organized the handover of 24 red books to the people. Thus, according to current regulations, from July 1, 2025, the People's Committee at the commune level officially has the authority to issue red books to the people.
