Prudential was honored for the 9th consecutive time in the Top 100 Sustainable Development Enterprises in Vietnam.

In the first week of December, Prudential Vietnam received a series of good news, once again being honored in the Top 100 Sustainable Development Enterprises, marking its ninth consecutive year in this prestigious ranking. Simultaneously, the company was recognized as one of the Top 50 Outstanding Enterprises in Vietnam 2025, affirming its commitment to building a responsible and sustainable business model.

For this year's Vietnam Sustainable Development Enterprise Award 2025 (CSI100) organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD-VCCI), the corporate sustainability index (CSI) is built around groups of criteria that comprehensively reflect the operations of a business, including basic information of the business, how to organize the apparatus and staff, important issues that the business needs to prioritize, operating results in the last 3 years, along with practices on governance, environmental protection and responsibility to employees and society.

Being included in the Top 100 Sustainable Development Enterprises is the result of a series of comprehensive initiatives that Prudential has persistently implemented over the years. In 2025 alone, Prudential will continue to maintain consistency in its governance and operational model, while strengthening efforts to create sustainable value for the community through long-term strategies. In the investment field, Prudential will continue to promote sustainable investment orientation through the PRUlinks Green Future Fund. Launched in 2024, this is the first unit-linked fund in the life insurance market, providing customers who own unit-linked insurance products with the right to choose to invest according to the sustainable development orientation.

In addition, Prudential is also actively participating in international climate initiatives, cooperating with the Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS) in the Climate Impacts Initiative project. The company also implements many solutions to reduce emissions at the workplace in the direction of circular economy , such as testing solar power installation, using energy efficiently through LED lights, turning off equipment after hours and coordinating electricity reasonably. Prudential also encourages employees to use green vehicles through the employee shuttle program and building a model of collecting - sorting - recycling waste, collecting old batteries periodically and promoting internal communication on energy saving. These efforts demonstrate the company's strong commitment to green operations and motivating employees to work towards the goal of Net Zero by 2050. For community support activities, the company also continues to implement community-oriented social responsibility programs with a total budget of more than VND 325 billion and more than 600,000 beneficiaries from 2011 to present, such as typical programs: Prudential - "Giving Love" is an emergency disaster relief activity, PRU Volunteer is an international volunteer program organized by Prudence Foundation, along with long-term projects for the community such as Safe Schooling, Cha-Ching - a financial education initiative for children. Through initiatives ranging from sustainable investment, transparent governance to human development and community support, Prudential is joining hands to promote sustainable development that the Vietnamese Government is aiming for.

Prudential continues to be ranked among the Top 50 Outstanding Vietnamese Businesses in 2025.

With sustainable development initiatives, Prudential is also the only foreign life insurance company in the Top 50 Outstanding Vietnamese Enterprises in the VNR500 ranking - Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam. This is a ranking published annually by Vietnam Report in collaboration with Vietnamnet newspaper since 2007, for large-scale enterprises with effective business operations, making important contributions to the economy, while helping to enhance the recognition of domestic and international business brands. Prudential's ranking in VNR500 reflects its strong financial capacity, operational efficiency and practical contributions to the economy. By the end of June 2025, Prudential Vietnam recorded total assets of VND 192,507 billion; in which total investment assets reached 173,182 billion VND, an increase of 3% over the same period last year, and the solvency margin reached 206%. Along with stable business operations, Prudential is steadfast in its commitment to customer-centricity, promoting sustainable development initiatives, thereby fully meeting the evaluation criteria of VNR500 and continuing to strengthen its position as one of the pioneering life insurance companies in Vietnam.
