The jury will mark the competitions at Brigade 131 including: Book discussion, library facilities, Ho Chi Minh Room; introduction of Ho Chi Minh Room photo board.

In the "Book Discussion" contest, the 131st Brigade Library introduced the book "Firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea, islands, and continental shelf of the Fatherland in the new situation" collected and compiled by "Son Hai"; published by Dan Tri Publishing House in 2022. The book's content includes articles, discussions, and important historical evidence on national sovereignty and territorial waters, helping readers understand and sympathize with the difficulties and silent sacrifices of the forces; raise awareness, consciousness, and responsibility of every Vietnamese citizen, especially the young generation, for the task of protecting national independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity in general; protecting sovereignty over seas and islands in particular; identifying and resolutely fighting against erroneous views on Vietnam's sovereignty over seas and islands.

Regarding the facilities and library records section, the judging panel highly appreciated the unit's investment in consolidating and organizing books, newspapers, and scientific documents; the visual display of the Ho Chi Minh Room of Battalion 883 followed the guidelines, was consistent, and had high aesthetic value. In particular, the presentation of the Ho Chi Minh Room's display was delivered fluently, expressively, and captivatingly by the members of the Ho Chi Minh Room working group.

The jury scored the book and professional examination at the 131st Brigade Library.

In his preliminary assessment of the competition entries, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Giang, Head of the Cultural Center, Propaganda Department, Political Department of the Navy, stated: The 131st Brigade team was proactive and diligent in all preparations, ensuring adherence to the stipulated schedule. The library and Ho Chi Minh Room activities showed significant improvements, attracting a large number of officers and soldiers to participate in cultural and spiritual activities, especially mass art performances and reading. The presentation of the Ho Chi Minh Room photo gallery left a strong positive impression and evoked many emotions.

According to the plan, Brigade 131 will participate in the competitions: Library Awareness, Ho Chi Minh Room and internal radio program at the military agency on July 26.
