In 2023, the organization of research, study, dissemination, and promotion of the Party's resolutions, directives, and conclusions was timely, increasingly in-depth, and substantive, contributing to the early implementation of the Party and State's policies and guidelines. Party committees at all levels paid attention to leading and directing the improvement of the quality of research, study, and dissemination at the local and unit levels, linking it with the exemplary responsibility of cadres and Party members, especially those in leadership positions.

Political theory training has achieved positive results, with the entire province opening 775 classes with 129,557 students, an increase of 66 classes compared to 2022. Regarding intermediate-level political theory training, 11 classes were opened with 715 students; of which, 3 classes with 195 students were full-time, and 8 classes with 520 students were part-time. Regarding advanced-level political theory training: In coordination with the Regional Political Academy I, one class with 55 students was trained.
The quality of teaching has been gradually improved; teaching methods and lecture content continue to be innovated. The center's infrastructure and equipment for training and professional development have been fundamentally invested in to meet requirements.
The province also effectively implemented the 3rd Political Essay Writing Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation and Combating False and Hostile Viewpoints in 2023.
Political theory education has played a crucial role in raising awareness among cadres and Party members, fostering consensus among the people, promoting socio -economic development, and contributing to the successful fulfillment of the province's political tasks.

In 2024, political theory education continued to focus on studying, learning, and thoroughly understanding the resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Committee and the province, as well as ideological thematic discussions; promoting the dissemination and education of Party history and revolutionary traditions; strengthening leadership and improving the quality of training and fostering cadres at the Tran Phu Political School and district-level political centers to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation...
