Stemming from the desire to bring indigenous values closer to the community, while contributing to the preservation of precious plant varieties of Vietnam's mountains and forests, Mr. Le Manh Quy began the journey of researching, growing and processing golden flower tea, gradually building the Quy Hoa Golden Flower Tea brand. Currently, the enterprise owned by Mr. Quy owns 5 hectares of tea plantations, which are strictly cared for and managed according to organic agricultural processes. In addition, the company has also developed an additional 30 hectares of associated raw material areas, which have been granted growing area codes, fully meeting the requirements for export to demanding markets around the world.
On average, each year, Mr. Quy harvests about 20 tons of fresh yellow flower tea, serving the processing of the enterprise and supplying to a number of units. In 2022, Quy Hoa Golden Flower Tea product of Quy Hoa Import Export and Service Company Limited was evaluated and ranked as a national 5-star OCOP product by the Central Appraisal Council; Quy Hoa Golden Flower Tea Dipping Bag product was also certified as a 3-star OCOP in 2024. Revenue from growing and processing yellow flower tea has grown continuously over the years, from 4.1 billion VND (2020) to 6.5 billion VND (2024), an increase of 58% within 5 years.
Currently, the enterprise run by Mr. Quy is also creating stable jobs for more than 20 regular and seasonal workers in the locality. In addition, Mr. Quy is also a farmer member actively participating in village and commune welfare activities, community charity, and building new rural areas in the locality.
