On the evening of December 13th, audiences enjoyed a special art program as part of Pho Day 2025, held in the former Tax Department Store area, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The concert featured performances by singers Quoc Dai, Duyen Quynh, Anh trai say hi Nhat Hoang, and Em xinh say hi Danmy.
Giving a new look to a familiar song.
Singer Duyen Quynh opened the show with two cheerful songs, full of the city's vitality: " A Picture of the New City" and "Vietnam in a New Era ."
These two songs were composed by musician Nguyen Van Chung. The song "Vietnam in a New Day" is included in the album "Continuing the Story of Peace ." Duyen Quynh went down to the audience to sing and interact, creating a sense of closeness.
Continuing the musical evening, singer Quoc Dai performed two familiar songs to the enthusiastic cheers of the pho-loving audience.
"Vietnam, My Homeland" (composed by Do Nhuan), which has been successfully performed by many singers, is once again given a new lease of life with a new arrangement.
"Colors of the Homeland" (composed by Hoai An), released in 2021, quickly won the hearts of music lovers. With his sweet, emotional voice, Quoc Dai handled the song very smoothly, creating a new and quite impressive version.
A month ago, singers Quoc Dai and Duyen Quynh collaborated on the folk-inspired song "Thuong Em Toi" (Loving My Sister) . This was the debut composition of musician Nguyen Duyen Quynh, in addition to her role as a singer.
Quoc Dai shared that his collaboration with Duyen Quynh on this song was a matter of fate. Because when Duyen Quynh finished writing the song, the first singer she thought of was Quoc Dai. The song has a folk music style, which suits the genre he is pursuing.
After singing, Quoc Dai asked the audience how many bowls of pho they had eaten that day. He said, "Vietnamese pho is the best. Now that I've finished singing, I'm going down to eat some pho too!"

The Pho Day stage heated up with the appearance of Nhat Hoang and Danmy. These two singers have recently gained popularity with audiences through the show "Brother Says Hi, Beautiful Girl Says Hi".
Emperor Nhật Hoàng's brother performed the songs "Drinking by Mistake" and "You're Beautiful, It's My Fault" (new song), receiving enthusiastic applause from the audience.
Nhat Hoang shared: “I am honored to perform on Pho Day, on the Nguyen Hue pedestrian street stage. This is one of the stages I have always wanted to perform on.”

Speaking about her artistic plans, Danmy shared: “In the near future, I will focus on music after participating in two programs , Rap Viet 2024 and Em xinh say hi 2025. I hope that in the coming time, the audience will continue to support Danmy.”

Brother, I'm a pretty girl who loves pho.
Danmy shared that she likes eating pho because the broth acts as a catalyst for the taste buds, creating a delicious aroma.
"Vietnamese cuisine is very diverse, and I'm proud that 100% of my international friends who come to Vietnam are captivated by the food of my homeland."
"I accepted the invitation to perform at Pho Day for one sole reason: I love Vietnamese cuisine and want to spread the word about pho to friends all over the world," Danmy shared.
The Emperor's brother also loves pho. He believes that each bowl of pho is a work of art, meticulously prepared by the chef.
"Vietnamese cuisine is diverse and sophisticated, reflecting the richness of the nation's culture and history. Each dish is not simply food, but also carries the soul of the Vietnamese people," Nhat Hoang confided.
The Pho Day 12-12 program, now in its 9th year with the theme "Elevating Vietnamese Rice - Spreading Across Five Continents," will take place over two days, December 13th and 14th, at the former Tax Department Store area, 135 Nguyen Hue Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The program features nearly 30 famous and unique pho brands from North to South Vietnam, showcasing a diverse range of pho dishes reflecting the characteristics of different regions and local cultures.
With a price of 40,000 VND per bowl, the Pho Day festival on December 12, 2025, is expected to serve more than 20,000 servings over two days. The organizers will donate at least 10% of the pho sales revenue to the "Pho of Love" program, cooking and serving pho to people in the flood-stricken areas of Dak Lak province (formerly Phu Yen), which recently suffered damage from natural disasters.
The Pho Day 12-12 program is supported and coordinated by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Cultural Diplomacy - Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Trade Promotion - Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade, and the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association, with the diamond partnership of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company for many years, and this year with the additional support of Ho Chi Minh City Development Commercial Bank (HDBank), Cholimex Food Joint Stock Company, Saigon Trading Corporation Limited (SATRA), Suntory Pepsico Beverage Company Limited, etc.
