Quynh Nhai organized a conference of key officials to implement personnel planning.

(sonla.gov.vn) On December 9, 2025, the Party Committee of Quynh Nhai commune held a conference of key officials to implement the personnel planning for the 2025-2030 term and to nominate candidates for the positions of Chairman of the People's Council and Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune for the second term, 2026-2031.

The conference was co-chaired by Comrade Dinh Trung Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Comrade Luong Thi Phuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Commune People's Council; and Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tu, Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee.

At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee heard and unanimously approved the proposal on personnel planning for the positions of Executive Committee members, Standing Committee members, and leadership positions of the People's Council and People's Committee of the commune for the terms 2025-2030 and 2026-2031, and nominated candidates for election to the positions of Chairman of the People's Council and Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Nhai commune, term II, 2026-2031, according to the authority.

Delivering a guiding speech at the Conference, Comrade Dinh Trung Dung, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, emphasized: Cadre planning is an important task, aimed at proactively building a team of cadres, especially leaders, managers, and heads of departments, ensuring continuity and development. This is also a crucial aspect of personnel management, contributing to consolidating the organizational structure and enhancing the leadership capacity of the Commune Party Committee in the new period.

Delegates participate in voting to nominate personnel for the leadership planning program.

The discussion and voting process, including secret ballots, was conducted seriously, democratically, objectively, and in accordance with the procedures and guidelines of higher authorities, demonstrating the high sense of responsibility of the collective of cadres and Party members in Party building work.
