The 2025 Lantern Festival in Ho Chi Minh City has many exciting activities.
At Nghia An Assembly Hall (678 Nguyen Trai, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City) on the evening of February 12, the ancient play "Quach Tu Nghi Bai Tho" will take place within the framework of the 4th Nguyen Tieu festival held at the city level.

Before that, on the evening of February 11, the play "Mulan" will be performed by the Unified Drama Troupe. The Unified Drama Troupe will also perform the plays: "One Gate, Three Doctors" (the evening of February 13), "Lu Mong Chinh" (February 14); Troupe II of the Guangdong Drama Academy will perform the plays: "Liu Mingzhou" (February 16), "Kim Hoa Nu" (February 17), "Tran Tam Ngu Nuong" (February 18), "To Luc Nuong" (February 19), "Truong Xuan Cat Cuts Her Hair" (February 20), "Xuan Thao Makes a Trouble in the Court" (February 21)...
The 2025 Nguyen Tieu Festival in Ho Chi Minh City also includes a street art parade and an exhibition of national intangible cultural heritage images "Social customs and beliefs of the Nguyen Tieu Festival of the Chinese in District 5, Ho Chi Minh City" taking place until February 14 at Van Lang Park, District 5.
