With only a few days left until the end of 2024, Saigon Beer, Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Company ( SABECO , stock code SAB) is ready to confidently move forward into the new phase of 2025. A meaningful gift at this transitional moment: December 27, 2024 is the last registration date for SABECO shareholders to receive a 20% cash dividend. The official payment date will be January 23, 2025, with each share receiving 2,000 VND in dividends. To make this dividend payment to shareholders, SABECO will allocate nearly 2,600 billion VND. This can be considered a meaningful gift from the company to its shareholders at the transition between the old and new year. At the same time, this message also affirms the company's commitment to its shareholders, a commitment it has consistently upheld over many years.

A solid financial foundation has always been a reliable factor that SABECO has consistently maintained through many business cycles, and this continued in 2024. As of the end of September 2024, SABECO had total equity capital of VND 26,222 billion. This is the result of years of accumulation by the company, thus reducing its dependence on borrowed capital. The total value of the company's liabilities was only over VND 6,012 billion, accounting for less than 23% of equity capital. In 2024, the company's capital continued to accumulate through its gradually recovering business operations. In the third quarter of 2024, SABECO's total revenue reached over VND 7,670 billion, and after-tax profit reached over VND 1,161 billion, increasing by 3% and 8% respectively compared to the same period. In the first nine months of the year, SABECO's total revenue and profit increased by 4% and 7% respectively. By the end of September 2024, the value of undistributed after-tax profit reached VND 10,914 billion.
Confident in the year 2025 , at the end of 2024, SABECO officially inaugurated the SABECO Beer Industry Research and Development Center (SRC), marking a new step forward for the company in its journey towards mastering technology and creating many new, high-quality products, contributing to strongly affirming the value of Vietnamese brands on the international stage.

SRC is a significant milestone in SABECO's strategy to enhance production capacity, create world-class beer products for consumers, and thereby expand the brand's presence in the international market. The opening of this SRC center demonstrates SABECO's commitment to continuous innovation and technology application to boost efficiency in production and business and increase competitiveness in the market. Continuing to invest in improving efficiency and position, SABECO is also one of the important preparations for SABECO to seize new opportunities ahead of 2025. In particular,
macroeconomic indicators show many favorable signs, especially the recovery of domestic production and consumer demand after the difficulties of 2022-2023.
