Samsung has begun testing the One UI 8 beta for the Galaxy S25 series, however, this program is currently limited to the South Korean market. According to user Tarun Vats on the social network X, the first build of One UI 8 beta is approximately 3.38 GB in size with codenames S938NKSU3ZYER, S938NOKR3ZYER, and S938NKSU3BYER depending on the region.
The One UI 8 beta program was officially announced on May 28th, shortly after Samsung announced significant changes through the Samsung Members app for Galaxy users. Users can now experience this beta version on the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra models.
The One UI 8 beta testing program is expected to expand to at least five more countries in the near future, in order to gather more feedback from users in various markets before the official release.

Currently, Samsung has not yet updated the One UI beta website with the latest One UI 8 version, but it is likely that the website will be upgraded soon after the official announcement of the beta program launch for the Galaxy S25 series. Users are eagerly awaiting the changes and new features from this platform.
One notable point is that Samsung has significantly simplified the registration process for the One UI 8 beta program. While the Samsung Members app remains the primary tool for access, the new Beta Program Home page will aggregate and showcase the latest beta programs specifically for users' Galaxy S25 devices, making it easier for them to track and participate.
Additionally, Samsung also plans to expand the One UI 8 beta program to older Galaxy models in the future. Devices such as the Galaxy S24, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6 may be added to the list of participants, but users will have to wait a few more months to experience the beta versions on these products.
Previously, Samsung launched an exclusive One UI 7 beta program for the Galaxy S24 series in December 2024, before gradually expanding it to other models. It's possible that the One UI 8 release schedule will follow a similar pattern to ensure the best quality and user experience.
