Currently, Sam Son city has 710 accommodation establishments with more than 25,000 guest rooms, of which over 100 tourist accommodation establishments are ranked from 1 to 5 stars with 6,955 rooms; 50 restaurants with a capacity of 300 people or more and over 250 other tourism and commercial service establishments. It is estimated that by the end of 2023, Sam Son city will have 25,000 tourism workers.

According to the reporter's investigation, the number of guests booking rooms for the upcoming holidays (from April 28, 29, 30) at many hotels and accommodation facilities in Sam Son has reached 100%, the remaining 2 days of the holiday reached 70%.

Talking with Mr. Le Van Tu, Chairman of Sam Son City People's Committee, it is known that the locality will organize the opening ceremony of Sam Son Sea Tourism Festival 2024 and inaugurate the sea square, the festival landscape axis on the night of April 27. In 2024, Sam Son will have dozens of large and small events, including 17 major event chains, bringing visitors exciting and attractive experiences.

With the goal of building a smart, friendly coastal tourism city, a high-class entertainment center and a leading health care resort destination in the North Central region, Sam Son city is striving to implement key tasks and solutions, striving to welcome 8.5 million visitors in 2024, with estimated revenue of more than 15.7 trillion VND.
