"Child Star" Bao An: Artists also need to learn, not be complacent about their natural talent

Bao An said she encountered many difficulties during her first time studying at the Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City, because the curriculum was entirely in English and there were many subjects that were not her strengths. Although the study was quite heavy, the female singer affirmed that she would continue her artistic activities, even more than before.

Sharing his views on education, Bao An believes that artists do not only need natural talent, but also need to practice and hone their skills to achieve good results.

"If we are properly trained, educated, and have skills, and with our own efforts, we will definitely have a better destination than if we are complacent with our natural talent. This means that artists also need to "learn" more than just words," Bao An shared.

Regarding education, the female singer believes that every artist needs a certain level of education to meet the basic needs of life. As for advancing to a master's or doctorate degree, it depends on each person's orientation and plans.

Recently, Bao An released a new MV called First Love. The female singer started writing music at the age of 12, this is the 4th song she composed.

The singer born in 2006 shared: "I wrote the song in 11th grade, but I have only released it now. For me, it is the result of patience. I want to bring to the audience a well-crafted work and an image of the baby "Xuc Xac Xec Xe: has grown up".

The highlight of the MV First Love is the combination of art and AI technology (artificial intelligence), creating new and magical effects. The product is accompanied by director Tran Minh Ngan.

The MV First Love also attracted attention with the appearance of People's Artist Viet Anh as a witch. Talking about Bao An, the male artist shared: "I really appreciate Bao An's spirit of effort. She is a cute baby, a talented singer and has good composing ability."

As for the singer born in 2006, she admitted: "I really feel a bit of pressure because before and even now when talking about me, the audience remembers a baby in Xuc Xuc Xe, Be Chut Chit... However, I know I need to have a change to mark a new journey, to bring the audience a new and better image.

Therefore, I always try to improve and find ways to perfect the lyrics, practice my vocal skills more and come back with the most polished product after a long time I spent most of my time studying."

Bao An's real name is Nguyen Ngoc Bao An (born in 2006), he participated in the program Do Re Mi 2011, won the Youngest Contestant award and the Most Impressive Contestant award.

Since then, she has become a familiar child singer to audiences, making an impression with Xuc Xac Xuc Xe - the first MV in the Vietnamese music market to reach 100 million views on YouTube many years ago (currently the MV has reached more than 200 million views).
