Will check labor safety and hygiene at businesses and construction sites

(DN) - Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1330/QD-UBND dated September 17, 2025 on the establishment of an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect the implementation of legal regulations on labor safety, hygiene and fire prevention and fighting in 2025 at enterprises and construction works in the province.

The members of the interdisciplinary inspection team include the following units: Department of Home Affairs (Head of the team), Department of Construction, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Health , Provincial Police and Provincial Labor Federation. The team is responsible for guiding and recommending the inspected enterprises to overcome any shortcomings in the implementation process (if any).

Through monitoring, the reflections, recommendations, difficulties and problems of the units during the implementation process will be summarized; at the same time, handle violations according to authority or submit to competent authorities to handle violations according to regulations; advise and propose handling violations beyond the authority of the Head of the Inspection Team. Summarize and report the inspection results to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations. During the inspection process, the Head of the Inspection Team has the right to use the seal of the Department of Home Affairs to perform the task.

For inspected units, report in writing the contents according to the inspection outline. Provide full records and documents as required by the team, prepare the workplace and working members with the inspection team, including: General Director, Director of the enterprise or authorized person according to the provisions of law and the administrative, human resources and accounting departments of the unit. Strictly comply with the recommendations and handling of the inspection team (if any).

According to the plan, the delegation will inspect 20 enterprises and construction works from September 30 to October 28, 2025.
