With the message "Knowledge-Orientation-Action" and the content of what is needed to stand out when there is AI, the Talkshow is not only an opportunity to meet and exchange but also an opportunity for students to dialogue and answer important questions in their study life: What do I study for? And how to stand out from the crowd?
This is one of the meaningful activities in a series of cooperation events between the University of Electricity, the Industrial and Commercial Publishing House and partners in the fields of publishing - education - career, to enhance opportunities for connection and orientation for students before entering the real working environment.
In a context where technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), is constantly reshaping the landscape in almost every field from marketing, finance, tourism to engineering, students cannot just study to pass the course or memorize to do the test. Success requires them to understand deeply, act correctly and constantly update to avoid being eliminated by their chosen field.

At the program, students are exposed to a realistic perspective of the labor market, where a degree is only a necessary condition, while the sufficient conditions are critical thinking, the ability to learn interdisciplinary, a progressive attitude and the ability to adapt to change.
Many inspirational stories were shared by speakers, predecessors, those who were lost, who struggled but found a way to upgrade their career journey. Through that, students realized that success does not lie in choosing the right major from the beginning, but in knowing how to study correctly, do the right thing and persistently pursue the goal.

The program also offers new directions on learning methods in the AI era: cross-learning, open learning, flexible learning, and learning to connect multiple disciplines.
The content is especially suitable for students who are confused about studying and working, want to start over or change direction but do not know where to start, or are looking for "upgraded" skills and a clear direction to confidently enter the labor market.
An engineering student also needs to understand communication, while an economics student also needs to grasp data.
By connecting generations, from school leaders, businesses to students, the Talkshow opens up a space for inspiration, career orientation and stimulates the potential for adaptation and creativity in the AI era.
Within the framework of the program, Industry and Trade Publishing House and Saigon Books presented the "AI Bookshelf" to the University of Electricity as a gift of knowledge, contributing to supplementing the learning, research and innovation of the school's students.
