With the message "Knowledge-Orientation-Action" and the question of what it takes to stand out in the face of AI, the Talkshow is not only an opportunity for meeting and networking but also a chance for students to engage in self-dialogue and answer important questions in their academic lives: What am I studying for? And how can I stand out from the crowd?

This is one of the meaningful activities in a series of collaborative events between the University of Electrical Engineering, the Ministry of Industry and Trade Publishing House, and partners in the publishing, education , and career fields, aiming to enhance networking opportunities and provide guidance for students before entering the real working environment.

In a technological landscape, particularly with artificial intelligence (AI) constantly reshaping the landscape in almost every field from marketing, finance, and tourism to engineering, students can no longer simply study to pass courses or memorize for exams. Success requires them to have a deep understanding, act correctly, and stay constantly updated to avoid being left behind in their chosen field.

A space for networking and developing adaptive skills for young people in the AI era.

In this program, students gain a realistic perspective on the job market, where a degree is only a necessary condition, while critical thinking, interdisciplinary learning ability, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to change are essential.

Many inspiring stories were shared by speakers, mentors, and individuals who had once felt lost or struggled but found ways to upgrade their career paths. Through these stories, students realized that success doesn't lie in choosing the right major from the start, but in knowing how to learn correctly, work effectively, and persistently pursue their goals.

The program also introduces new approaches to learning in the age of AI: cross-learning, open learning, flexible learning, and learning for interdisciplinary connections.

This content is particularly suitable for students who are feeling lost about their studies and careers, want to start over or change direction but don't know where to begin, or are looking for "upgraded" skills and clear guidance to confidently enter the job market.

An engineering student also needs to understand communication, while an economics student needs to grasp data.

By connecting generations, from school leaders and businesses to students, the Talkshow opens up a space for inspiration, career guidance, and unlocking the potential for adaptation and innovation in the AI era.

As part of the program, the Ministry of Industry and Trade Publishing House and Saigon Books donated an "AI Book Collection" to the University of Electrical Engineering as a gift of knowledge, contributing to supplementing the learning, research, and innovation tools for the university's students.
