The Department of Industry and Trade issued a Plan to organize the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2025" in Ca Mau province.

Aiming to stimulate the consumer market in the province combined with organizing fairs, trade exhibitions, displaying, introducing and promoting OCOP products, specialties and typical products of the province and attracting tourists. At the same time, creating conditions for businesses and services to proactively carry out many promotional activities with diverse and attractive content so that consumers can buy products and services that ensure quality, reasonable prices and contribute to ensuring the economic growth of the province, while raising consumer awareness of goods and services of Vietnamese enterprises.

Recently, the Department of Industry and Trade of Ca Mau province issued Plan No. 225/KH-SCT on organizing the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2025" in Ca Mau province. Accordingly, the " National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2025 " will be held from June 14, 2025 to July 14, 2025 .

Traders nationwide are allowed to implement the Promotion Program with the maximum value limit of goods and services used for promotion and the maximum discount level for goods and services being promoted is: 100% (according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 6 and Clause 2, Article 7 of Decree No. 81/2018/ND-CP dated May 22, 2018 of the Government detailing the Law on Commerce on trade promotion activities).

The plan also assigns tasks to departments and branches to coordinate implementation to spread the program to the people, specifically:

Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism: Mobilize businesses in the management sector such as: Hotels, Restaurants, Travel Companies, tourist attractions, etc. to participate in the promotion program. Coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade to promote the Program to tourism businesses in the province.

Department of Science and Technology: Directs media agencies in the province to coordinate in promoting the program to create strong response from the business community and people in the province.

Grassroots People's Committees: Proactively inform and propagate about the Program to communes, wards and towns in the province; at the same time, propagate information related to the Program to the people so that they know and respond to participate.

Provincial Business Association : Mobilize organizations and individuals producing and trading goods and services, especially members of the Association, to actively respond and participate in the Program.

In addition, the agencies, units; departments and units under the Department based on assigned functions and tasks   also increase support and facilitate traders to carry out administrative procedures and carry out promotional activities locally; guide traders to carry out administrative procedures to notify promotions on the national public service portal (https://dichvucong.gov.vn),...

For businesses and service providers in the province, based on the needs of the unit, proactively develop plans to organize promotional activities, coordinate participation in the Program's activities to ensure compliance with legal regulations and protect consumer rights./.
