Department of Science and Technology trains digital skills for grassroots cadres in Binh Giang commune

In order to improve the capacity of applying digital technology for grassroots cadres, contributing to the implementation of the goal of comprehensive digital transformation, on October 25, the Party Committee - People's Committee of Binh Giang commune coordinated with the Department of Science and Technology to organize the Conference "Training on digital transformation and application of artificial intelligence (AI) for cadres, civil servants, public employees and community digital technology groups" in 2025.

Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Dinh Bo, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Representatives of the People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, along with more than 300 civil servants, officials of specialized agencies, village officials and community digital technology teams.

At the Conference, representatives of the Department of Science and Technology trained delegates on issues related to digital transformation, digital skills practice, and specific digital security such as: Resolution 57 of the Politburo - concretized in Hai Phong, instructions on installing and exploiting the Smart Hai Phong app, applying digital communication tools, effective social media communication, cashless payment, joining hands to prevent and combat online fraud, etc.

The conference contributed to spreading the spirit of "Faster - more effective - closer to the people digital transformation" to each cadre and each hamlet, while raising awareness, strengthening digital skills for grassroots cadres, promoting administrative reform, and improving the quality of service to the people./.
