Exciting activities at Hung Yen Spring Newspaper Festival

Accordingly, the Hung Yen Spring Newspaper Festival will be held at the Provincial Museum, taking place for 5 days, from February 29 to March 4, 2024 (ie January 20 to 25, the year of the Dragon).

This is the opening event of the year, also the highlight of the annual activities of the Provincial Journalists Association. As a common home for journalists, in recent years, the Provincial Journalists Association has always focused on innovating its methods of operation to better gather, unite, educate, foster, and improve the political capacity, professional qualifications, and professional ethics of its members.

The 2024 Hung Yen Spring Press Festival has 10 exhibition booths of units including: Hung Yen Provincial Journalists Association; Hung Yen Newspaper; Hung Yen Radio and Television Station; Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Department of Information and Communications; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Hung Yen Literature and Arts Association; Hung Yen City People's Committee; 2 central press agencies residing in Hung Yen, Nhan Dan Newspaper and Vietnam News Agency.

In addition, the Spring Newspaper Festival also displays many press photos promoting the socio-economic development achievements of Hung Yen province; displays Spring newspaper publications, Nguoi Lam Bao Special Edition, Literature and Arts Magazines of provinces and cities across the country, Spring newspaper publications of Central newspapers...

In the series of activities of the Spring Press Festival, the program “Enterprises accompany the press” will take place for the first time. At the program, the Provincial Journalists Association will present souvenirs to 10 typical enterprises that have been attached, coordinated, and collaborated with the press agencies in propaganda work.

With the new organization method, along with the efforts to prepare carefully and thoroughly, the Giap Thin Spring Press Festival will truly become a meaningful activity, celebrating the major holidays of the province and the country, especially the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024), towards the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025). At the same time, promoting the development and achievements of the Vietnamese press, Hung Yen press, the socio-economic development achievements of the country and Hung Yen province.

The 2024 National Press Festival is a big festival in early spring for journalists nationwide, chaired by the Vietnam Journalists Association, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, in coordination with the Central Propaganda Department, Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with the theme "Vietnamese Press - Pioneering, Innovation for the Revolutionary Cause of the Party and People".
The 2024 National Press Festival will take place over three days from March 15 to 17, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City with 105 booths displaying Spring newspaper publications and typical press publications of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, with the participation of 63 Provincial and Municipal Journalists Associations, 70 booths displaying OCOP product advertisements; 01 exhibition area towards the 100th Anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day of the Vietnam Press Museum; 01 main stage for opening, closing, awarding prizes and organizing cultural and artistic programs....
The 2024 National Press Festival is open for 03 days for the public to visit and participate in activities.
