On the afternoon of October 20th, a karaoke competition celebrating Vietnamese Women's Day took place at the auditorium on the second floor of the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper building. The atmosphere was lively and cheerful right from the first performances. Many of the entries provided moments of relaxation and a joyful, enthusiastic atmosphere. The songs performed focused on themes praising the beauty of women, the homeland, love, and friendship…

The judging panel for the competition consisted of Mr. Nguyen To Binh - General Secretary of the Editorial Board, Chairman of the Trade Union of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper; musician Nguyen Van Chung; and journalist and director Thanh Hiep - Deputy Head of the Culture and Sports Department.
The judging panel highly appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the trade union units, and also recognized many high-quality internal singers who promise to be "seeds" for the editorial office's future cultural activities.

At the end of the competition, the organizing committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 5 consolation prizes, along with many attractive gifts, to the participating contestants.
The competition is not only a cultural and artistic event to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day on October 20th, but also an opportunity for the staff of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper to strengthen solidarity, spread a spirit of optimism, love for their profession, and pride in their shared home as journalists.
