Secretary of the An Nhon Bac Ward Party Committee Nguyen Thi Kim Quy affirmed her determination to achieve an average annual economic growth of 11-12% in the new term. To realize the double-digit growth target, An Nhon Bac focuses on trade - services and small-scale industry.

Party Secretary To Hieu Trung said that, based on the orientation, determination of targets, goals and specific solutions, the Standing Committee has directed the People's Committee of the commune to urgently advise on the development of a specialized Resolution on the overall development plan in the coming period, ensuring balanced development of sub-regions based on potential and comparative advantages, aiming to turn Hoa Hoi into a comprehensive and key economic area of the province. In particular, the commune focuses on attracting investment in Hoa Hoi Industrial Park to promote industrial and construction development with high growth rates, creating momentum for the entire economy.

Mr. To Hieu Trung affirmed that Hoa Hoi set an ambitious target for the next 5 years with the value of local products increasing by 21.7% per year. Of which, the focus is on industry - construction increasing by 27.8% to leverage development, services increasing by 11.3%, agriculture - forestry - fishery increasing by 3.5%. The number of 10 investment projects attracted is also quite high; besides that, the target is to achieve a total export turnover of more than 33 million USD.

In fact, after the administrative unit merger, the 2025 - 2030 term is a special period, requiring determination right from the beginning. The urgent issuance of the action program and implementation plan is an important initial step so that the congress resolution does not just stop at orientation, but actually becomes a driving force for development.

Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung requested localities to urgently develop complete and synchronous action programs, thematic resolutions, and plans to implement socio-economic development tasks that are close to the actual situation in the locality. Each commune and ward must put the resolution into practice with specific tasks, close to local reality, clearly assigning responsibilities to organizations, units, and individuals, and having specific quantifications. “Each goal and task must have a responsible person, a roadmap, and specific steps.
