Through the inventory of public assets, it is aimed at helping leaders and commanders at all levels grasp the current situation, quantity, and quality of technical equipment; equipment, materials, goods; real estate, and barracks as a basis for developing a plan to exploit and effectively use public assets assigned to manage. Identify the number of weapons, technical equipment, materials, and goods that are damaged, cannot be repaired or restored, and are no longer needed, and recommend that superiors remove them from the payroll and handle them according to regulations.
Concluding the conference, Lieutenant Colonel Vu Hong Thao, Deputy Division Commander, Head of the Division Inventory Steering Committee, praised Battalion 85, Regiment 238 for conducting a strict inventory, following the procedures; closely following the goals, requirements and instructions of the division's agency. At the same time, he requested to thoroughly overcome the remaining limitations, identify measures that need to be implemented in the coming time, especially in the process of inventory practice of teams and groups, as well as the work of managing and effectively using the number of troops, weapons, technical equipment, and existing defense land of the unit.
