In 2026, the Party Committee of Division 363 determined that the unit's leadership would carry out two breakthroughs well. One is: Improving the level and capability of combat readiness and airspace management; innovating and improving the quality of training; focusing on training to master new and improved equipment; attaching importance to training to improve the qualifications of combat crews; training in competitions, sports, exercises, and live-fire.

Second: Improve the quality of ideological management and internal political situation; innovate digital transformation and military administrative reform; build discipline, manage discipline, and ensure absolute safety in all activities.

In his speech, Major General Hoang Van Lau requested the Party Committee of Division 363 to focus on improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels; strengthen training in exploiting and mastering new technical weapons and equipment, improve and enhance the qualifications of combat crews at command posts at all levels and firepower units; successfully complete the tasks of drills, competitions, sports, and live-fire shooting; and strengthen the work of building discipline and managing discipline.
