NOT JUST CLIMBING OR WALLWALKING
Mr. Nguyen Tu Anh - CEO of TROPIAD Joint Stock Company said: The Ta Nang - Phan Dung Trekking model connects the two provinces of Lam Dong and Binh Thuan with completely different terrain, climate and population characteristics. The Cill, Churu people in Lam Dong and the Raglay people in Binh Thuan will bring interesting and complete experiences to each tourist about the forest, the sea and the cultural life of local residents... Trekking tourism is becoming a trend and the Ta Nang - Phan Dung tourist route is always an attractive tourist route, but there are always conditions for participants.
The conditions for participating in the Ta Nang - Phan Dung trekking tour, in addition to courage and health, visitors must obey the instructions of the tour guide, who is also the leader, should not separate from the group but should build team spirit and solidarity. In addition, visitors should comply with regulations on environmental protection, hygiene, not harm animals and plants, and be aware of fire prevention and fighting throughout the journey...
Trekking Ta Nang - Phan Dung in the form of self-sufficient travel (not recommended), the traveler must bring a lot of personal belongings as well as tents, food, drinks... for the entire journey. The road is dangerous, slippery when it rains, easily causing fatigue, plus carrying heavy loads will greatly affect the player's psychology. In addition, lack of forest walking skills, not knowing the way, or not having knowledge of survival in harsh conditions... will risk creating unfortunate incidents... Therefore, choosing a reputable Ta Nang - Phan Dung trekking tour organizer is necessary.
The Ta Nang - Phan Dung backpacking route starts from Lam Dong province, usually taking at least 2 days and nights. After more than 2 years of suspension due to the pandemic, the route has been officially allowed by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province to operate on trial basis in Lam Dong province. This route also organizes trail running and nature exploration competitions. Therefore, there have appeared trails around the cliffs, many signs at intersections, danger signs...
Trekking tour participants will have a knowledgeable and experienced guide to accompany them. The tour organizer will have a support force of local people to carry luggage, set up tents, provide food, water, medical support... and other support when necessary so that the experience of walking, trekking, climbing passes, crossing streams... of tourists is truly safe, attractive and successful.

The slopes seem to have no peak, but the "warrior" spirit is always excited. |
DISCOVER AND ENJOY NATURE…
Our trekking trip was organized at the end of September. The weather was stable in the style of “sunny in the morning - rainy in the afternoon”, so the humidity was high, the thick fog created soft white silk strips that wrapped from one valley to another. Many walking sections in the pine forest under the misty fog with the clear sunset on the horizon, like mountains and clouds blending together, so magical! The feeling of walking and admiring the scenery, feeling the majesty of the mountains, the sky and the earth... and seeing how beautiful our homeland is! The wild nature is so precious!
The destination of the trip is Ta Nang - Phan Dung peak in the territory of 3 provinces Lam Dong - Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan, 1,160 m high, you can see to infinity without being blocked by any obstacle, not even a tree... there is only the vast sky above, smooth grass underfoot, surrounded by undulating mountains and forests of green color to the horizon... We are greeted by only cows leisurely grazing, with the sound of the wind whistling through the forest... like the whisper of the mountain telling the story of the eternal green forest...
It was just past noon, but the clouds were gathering, making the sun no longer so bright, and we were urged to return before the rain came down… At the gathering point where the locals helped set up a tent and prepare lunch, we spread out a tarp, prepared food that was waterless, relatively less bulky but still fresh, ensuring hygiene and food safety; including: rice or bread with shredded boiled chicken, mixed vegetables, cucumbers and fruit for dessert… The meal was exciting and fun, but before it could even end, the rain came pouring down. The whole team proactively moved to avoid the water pouring down from the roof of the tent, quickly ate, cleaned up, put on raincoats…
Mr. Hoang Trong Huu - the tour leader decided that we had to move in the rain to get back before the stream water rose. So the group started moving, one after another. The way back was much simpler than the way up, but the danger increased. There were narrow gullies of rushing water, forcing us to take each step carefully, or ask for support from our teammates in front to get through; or be scared by the sound of thunder in the middle of the empty hills... Even so, we continued to work hard, moving through the grasslands, forests and down the mountain in the cool rain...
Trekking is the activity of hiking on rough, complex terrain to explore wild nature combined with outdoor tourism, adventure sports tourism, camping in the forest... limited in terms of facilities or necessary needs. Trekking tours may encounter weather problems or dangers that create difficulties in the journey...

MORE THAN A TRIP
We had an accident when we were only over 1 km away from the tractor waiting to pick us up. That is, we only needed to cross a stream, but the section where people in the group could jump over (when we were going) was now too high; the section where there was a small bridge in the morning had been washed away by the water. The group leader asked us to stop and rest so that the team could check the situation and contact the Management Board at BaseCamp (Ta Nang campsite).
While the team leader dispersed to survey, the group members began to discuss. Many male members also went to listen and returned with some locals, affirming that they could cross the stream and encouraging and motivating their teammates. The whole group seemed ready to cross the stream. But when the team leader returned, Mr. Huu decided not to cross the stream but to go through the Ta Nang protective pine forest. When hearing opposing opinions, Mr. Huu explained that, for men, the part where they had to jump over the stream might not be a problem, but there were many women in the group, their physical strength was down due to a long day of activities, they were shorter so their jumping ability was not good... Therefore, it was not guaranteed that the whole group would safely cross the stream...
So we moved on another route to return. It also stopped raining. However, through a long grass field, some members had cramps, stiff muscles from soaking in water, had to be sprayed with hot oil, massaged... When we approached the pine forest with a wide dirt road, we met the water and bread supply team when it was dark... Everyone continued walking with a rather calm atmosphere of returning! The road was downhill but smooth so it was quite easy to go! So the cheers and teasing each other resounded throughout the forest...
We arrived at the campsite around 8pm, 2 hours later than planned due to a detour, but the experience was invaluable! It was friendship, camaraderie, strict adherence to instructions. The tour guide’s decisive choices to ensure the safety of the whole group… In the end, there was still laughter and fun together while bathing, singing songs by the warm fire and imprinted deep in our minds were wonderful feelings about the trip, beautiful images of nature and teammates… to see how lucky, mature and courageous we were!
Joining the Ta Nang - Phan Dung trekking tour, visitors must constantly challenge their own efforts when moving along complex terrain with altitudes from 500 m to 1,100 m above sea level; but it is one of the trekking routes where every step is exchanged for valuable moments when being amazed by the majestic beauty of the mountains and hills, witnessing the vastness of the sky and earth, letting their souls drift into the vast space, feeling like they can touch the purity of nature, and then gain a lot of energy and the power of peace!
