A serious traffic accident in Lao Cai ward resulted in the death of a young boy.

At approximately 12:45 PM on September 10th, a serious traffic accident occurred on Ngo Van So Street (Group 12, Lao Cai Ward, near the Lao Cai Tourist Market area), resulting in the immediate death of a 7-year-old boy.

According to initial information from eyewitnesses, at the time, the uncle was taking his nephew to the market to buy fruit. Due to carelessness, he allowed the child to twist the throttle, causing the motorbike to suddenly drag the child along for about 50 meters (from the fruit shop to the front of house number 028 Ngo Van So Street), before the accident occurred.

Authorities quickly arrived at the scene, cordoned off the area, and began investigating the cause of the incident.
