
Accordingly, several electronic tax systems will be temporarily suspended for upgrades and transformations, specifically: the Tax Department's website; the Tax Procedure Management System (THI); the E-commerce Information Portal; the Electronic Information Portal for households and individuals engaged in e-commerce and digital businesses; the eTax application; the iCanhan application for individuals; the eTax Mobile application for mobile devices; the information portal system for exchanging information with external units and organizations (DataHub/GIP/T2B); the electronic invoice system; and the internal management system of the Tax Department.
However, throughout the process of upgrading and transitioning the applications, the Tax Authority continued to receive and process tax administrative procedures directly at the one-stop service center and via postal service.
"During the temporary suspension, the system may experience service disruptions. Processing and results delivery may be delayed. The Tax Department sincerely apologizes and hopes for the understanding of taxpayers," a representative from the Tax Department stated.
During the implementation process, according to the Tax Department, if taxpayers encounter any difficulties, they can contact the Tax Department's support channel (Phone number 024.37689679, extension 2180), email address nhomhttdt@gdt.gov.vn, and the hotline number of the permanent taxpayer support unit regarding the organization and restructuring of the tax agency's apparatus (which has been publicly posted on the Tax Department's website).
