Strengthening young staff at grassroots level after merger

Recently, Thai Nguyen province has urgently deployed the arrangement of cadres, civil servants and public employees after merging administrative units, ensuring proper procedures and suitability to reality.

From July 1 to September 15, the whole province mobilized, received, and seconded 193 cadres, civil servants, and public employees. Specifically, there were 3 cases of mobilization and reception between provincial-level agencies and units; 54 cases from the province to the commune; 2 cases from the commune to the province; 103 cases between commune-level units; and 31 cases of secondment of civil servants to take on commune-level civil servant positions.

The arrangement has contributed to gradually overcoming the situation of surplus and shortage, consolidating the organizational apparatus in communes and wards that do not have enough staff or structure according to regulations.

Through this activity, many young cadres, civil servants and public employees with professional qualifications and practical capacity have been enhanced at the grassroots level, creating conditions for training and growth; at the same time, supplementing resources for localities, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the grassroots government system.
