As one of the localities with the number of newly established enterprises exceeding the district's target for many consecutive years, in 2024, with the goal of establishing 23 new enterprises, the town has proactively planned and implemented synchronous solutions, aiming to complete the set enterprise development target. In addition, efforts have been made to review more than 2,000 establishments producing and trading in household woodwork, milling, food processing, construction and repair mechanics, especially passenger car services, freight transport... to make a list of households with appropriate scale, advise and support individuals who need to establish a new business on tax records and procedures to convert to operating under the business model in accordance with current regulations of law.

To improve the business investment environment, the town has directed the effective implementation of the breakthrough in promoting administrative procedure reform. The focus is on implementing the "4 increases" (application of information technology; transparency; responsibility in performing public duties; satisfaction of organizations and citizens); "2 decreases" (reducing processing time and costs of administrative procedures); "3 nos" (no hassles, harassment; no request for additional documents more than once during the process of examination, appraisal, and settlement of work; no delays). In addition, administrative procedure reform is carried out according to the "one-stop" and "one-stop" mechanisms so that businesses and people can understand the process of handling administrative procedures. Every year, the town has created conditions for business households and businesses to participate in training courses, equipping them with skills in business administration, professional training, tax policies, accounting for new businesses in the locality, etc.

Although the time is not long, the establishment of the enterprise has created favorable conditions for borrowing investment capital to expand production and business. Currently, in the town, there are about 200 enterprises operating effectively in the fields of industry, handicrafts, and construction. Although remarkable results have been achieved, the scale of newly established enterprises is still small, unbalanced in terms of fields and professions... Mr. Do Thanh Dong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thieu Hoa town, said: Most enterprises in the town have actively invested in construction, upgrading facilities and equipment to expand production, constantly innovating management, applying new technology to production and business, being sensitive to market mechanisms, proactively expanding types of production, business, and services to create many quality products, diverse in types, increasing competitiveness and brand in the market. In the coming time, the town will focus on disseminating the State's policies and guidelines on supporting enterprise development to business households and individuals with ideas for establishing enterprises to encourage the establishment of new enterprises. At the same time, strengthen administrative reform, improve the business investment environment, support new enterprises in registration, tax declaration, tax payment, use of electronic transaction software... create favorable conditions for production and business establishments to have enough conditions to establish new enterprises.
