- On December 10th, in Lang Son , the Central Committee of the Youth Union organized a training conference to enhance the capacity of cadres working in propaganda on sustainable poverty reduction. The conference was attended by grassroots Youth Union officials and members of the Youth Union throughout the province.

The program includes discussions on specialized topics such as: communication skills to support poor and near-poor households in accessing effective production models; reducing information poverty in the context of digital transformation, especially in ethnic minority areas; and strategies for developing grassroots information systems to serve the goal of sustainable poverty reduction.

In addition, trainees also had the opportunity to discuss and share practical experiences in implementing propaganda work at the grassroots level; and to be introduced to communication models and methods suitable to the specific characteristics of each locality.

The conference was organized to enhance the capacity of Youth Union officials in carrying out the task of disseminating information on sustainable poverty reduction, meeting the new requirements of the digital transformation period. This is an activity under Project 6 “Communication and Information Poverty Reduction” in the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction giai đoạn 2021 - 2025.
