On February 2, at Thiskyhall Hall - Sala Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City, THADICO held a Conference to Deploy the 2024 Plan to set out strategies, goals, operational plans and management orientations for 2024.
\Attending the Conference were Chairman of THACO Board of Directors Tran Ba Duong, Permanent Vice Chairman of THACO Board of Directors Nguyen Hung Minh, General Director of THACO Pham Van Tai, General Director of THADICO Nguyen Hoang Tue, Leaders of THACO's Management Departments, Leaders and all THADICO employees.
In 2024, the domestic and world economies are forecast to continue to face many difficulties and challenges. THADICO focuses on improving and upgrading governance, completing the set production and business goals and plans.
Speaking at the Conference, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO emphasized: THADICO continues to play a consulting role in investment and construction of projects for THACO and its member corporations; at the same time, effectively utilize the complementarity and integration in THACO's multi-industry strategy to implement key projects in 2024, especially focusing on and upgrading the design, legal, and effective project implementation processes. In addition, the requirement to develop and train a team of successor leaders is based on industrial management criteria, in line with THACO's philosophy and culture, and in line with the trends and characteristics of the Construction industry.

At the Conference, General Director Nguyen Hoang Tue presented THADICO's system strategy and management, 2024 - 2027 operation plan and THADICO's management work.
Within the framework of the Conference, in order to recognize the contributions of employees, THADICO rewarded outstanding individuals and collectives in 2023 including: 3 individuals, 3 outstanding collectives in 2023 at Chu Lai Complex; 2 individuals, 1 outstanding collective in 2023 at Ho Chi Minh City Office; thereby encouraging and motivating employees to strive to complete their tasks well in the new year.
