Hanoi High-Tech Biotechnology Park has the function of carrying out high-tech activities in line with the high-tech development trend in the world .

The High-Tech Park under the Hanoi People's Committee is called Hanoi High-Tech Biological Park; with an area of ​​199.03 hectares, located in the wards of Tay Tuu, Lien Mac, Minh Khai, Thuy Phuong and Co Nhue 2, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi.

Hanoi Bio-Tech Park has the function of carrying out high-tech activities in line with the world's high-tech development trend and Vietnam's high-tech development policies and orientations, with priority given to the field of biotechnology.

The Hanoi People's Committee is responsible for coordinating with the Ministry of Science and Technology to develop the Operational Regulations of the Hanoi High-Biotech Park and submit them to the Prime Minister for promulgation. At the same time, deploy the establishment, appraisal and approval of the construction planning and determine the boundaries and location of the Hanoi High-Biotech Park, ensuring consistency with the location and scale of the area that have been prescribed.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed a decision to recognize Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city, as meeting advanced new rural standards in 2023.
