Establishing an interdisciplinary working group to receive citizens to serve Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party

BAC NINH - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh has just signed and issued Decision No. 887/QD-UBND on the establishment of an interdisciplinary working group to receive citizens to serve Party Congresses at all levels, the 14th National Congress of the Party, and the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

According to the Decision, Comrade Pham Van Thinh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, will be the Head of the Working Group; Comrade Ngo Van Luyen, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee, will be the Standing Deputy Head of the Working Group; Comrade Lam Xuan Thuy, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province, will be the Deputy Head of the Working Group.

The Working Group has the right to request Heads of departments, branches, sectors, and Chairmen of People's Committees of wards and communes to coordinate in receiving citizens, receiving and resolving complaints and denunciations.

Members of the Working Group come from the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Provincial Inspectorate, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Police, and the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

The Working Group is responsible for coordinating the reception of citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and cross-level reflections to the Central Party and State Citizen Reception Office, the Provincial Citizen Reception Office during the Party Congresses at all levels, the 14th National Party Congress, and the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. Directing the work of receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and cross-level reflections under the authority of all levels and sectors in accordance with the provisions of law. At the same time, performing a number of other tasks assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Working Group has the right to request Heads of departments, branches, sectors, Chairmen of People's Committees of wards and communes to coordinate in receiving citizens, receiving and resolving complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections when necessary. Invite officials of departments, branches, sectors and relevant wards and communes to assist in performing professional tasks.

The working group will dissolve itself after completing its task.
