Teacher Kim wears sunglasses to 'class' for the first time, Xuan Bac reappears: U.23 Vietnam must be careful about one thing...

U.23 Vietnam changed training time again, why?

Since arriving in Thailand, the U.23 Vietnam team has only practiced in the afternoon, with a time frame similar to the group stage match time (4 p.m.). However, coach Kim Sang-sik changed the practice time on December 6 to 10:30 a.m. At this time, the weather in Bangkok is quite sunny but not hot thanks to the light wind, the temperature is around 28 degrees Celsius.

In this training session, the whole team returned to the same training plan. Xuan Bac also "reintegrated" with his teammates. Thus, the U.23 Vietnam team is at its strongest, with no more injuries.

The U.23 Vietnam team showed determination and effort right from their movements and handling. However, coach Kim Sang-sik's students also need to be careful because the RBAC training ground is relatively dry, hard and has many concave and convex positions, which can easily cause injuries, especially when the whole team practices tactics and matches.

The sunny weather makes the players sweat more.

Dinh Bac and his teammates had to constantly pull up their shirts to wipe sweat to avoid eye irritation.

When training hard under the sun, players can get dazzled and cannot see the uneven areas on the field. This is something coach Kim Sang-sik's students must pay attention to in order to avoid injury.

On the afternoon of December 6, the U.23 Vietnam team will watch the match between U.23 Malaysia and Laos, taking place at Rajamangala Stadium. Both players and coaching staff will come to the stadium to watch. Defender Minh Phuc said: "After watching this match, the coaching staff will also evaluate and carefully analyze U.23 Malaysia to come up with tactical plans to prepare for the upcoming match."
