10 more schools recognized as meeting national standards

In the decisions signed by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam on December 10, the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee recognized 10 schools that met national standards, including 8 schools that met national standards Level 1 and 2 schools that met standards Level 2.

Specifically, schools that meet national standards at Level 1 include: Hoa Mi Kindergarten, Cam Lo district; Vanh Khuyen Kindergarten, Cam Lo district; Trung Son Kindergarten, Gio Linh district; Linh Truong sSo 2 Kindergarten, Gio Linh district; Huong Sen Kindergarten, Dong Ha city; Hung Vuong Primary School, Dong Ha city; Hai Ba Primary and Secondary School, Hai Lang district; Song Hieu Primary School, Dong Ha city. Schools that meet national standards at Level 2 include: Nguyen Trai Secondary School, Dong Ha city and Mang Non Kindergarten, Cam Lo district.

The Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province said that the target assigned by the province to the education sector in 2024 is to have 62% of schools meet national standards. As of December 31, the whole province is estimated to have 62.3% of schools meeting national standards at all levels, equivalent to 228/366 public educational institutions, preschools and public general schools. By December 31, 2025, the whole province will have 70% of schools meeting national standards.
